The apartment "GARDENIA" located on the 2nd floor and is easily accessible via a well maintained and wide staircase. The entrance to the apartment leads into a large living room with open fireplace. The living room is tastefully and comfortably furnished with TV and stereo and has direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is comfortably equipped with all comforts. From the kitchen an output leads directly to the terrace. From the terrace you enjoy a beautiful lake and panoramic view of the town Baveno and Lake Maggiore. The apartment has 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. A balcony runs around the whole apartment and offers a truly relaxing panoramic views of Lake and the surrounding countryside. A large garden also belongs to the apartment. In all rooms and bathrooms are enough closets and storage space for a pleasant stay. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher for your stay there. Free WIFI Internet and use of the garage make your holiday perfect! In the 1st floor apartment "CAMELIA" is offered on the same terms and is structurally identical to the Apartment "Gardenia". It has a large outdoor terrace + garden, but no fire. Both apartments are renovated very bright and fresh. Pet are allowed! The apartments "CAMELIA" + "GARDEIA" are very family friendly, practical and tasteful furnishings.

The large apartments "GARDENIA" located in a nice and quiet residential area of Baveno. The center of Baveno and the Lake Maggiore are within a few minutes on foot. Featuring panoramic views of Lake Maggiore and the surrounding area make the holiday memorable! The landing stage for the pleasure boats to the beautiful Islands in Lake Maggiore, you can easily reach Baveno by foot in 10 minutes. One of the best-kept beaches from Lago Maggiore in Feriolo just 2km comfortable (also by bicycle) away. The beach promenade of Baveno has every season a special flair and loads in the restaurants and cafes to "let your soul" a. Small stores, a Bäckerrei, pharmacy and boutiques are within walking distance in the village. The station of Baveno is to reach on foot in 5 minutes. From there, there are direct trains to Milan for a day trip. Hiking trails lead from House to the mountainous hinterland of Baveno and Stresa with memorable panoramic view of Lake Maggiore and the Borromean Islands.

Very beautiful place
We (couple aged 60+ with a dog) had a wonderful time in Baveno. The apartment was as shown in the photos, in the style of the 80s and visibly clean but very worn. The view of the lake is fantastic even from the breakfast table. The seating furniture in the living room should be replaced, the sofa set is very worn out. The beds are comfortable, but only fresh sheets and pillowcases are provided, the duvets are covered in the closet, with no indication of whether they are freshly washed or used by previous guests. There was access to a fully fenced garden (great for the dog), which we really liked. The area is extremely quiet, with almost no traffic. An old bakery with delicious pastries is within walking distance, as well as a small grocery store. Everything in the town is within walking distance. If you don't mind the 80s style mentioned, you can enjoy a lovely vacation.

Dreamy view
The vacation home is located in a quiet, really beautiful residential area with a wonderful view over the roofs of the city to Lake Maggiore on one side and a view of the mountains on the other side. The apartment was equipped with everything one needs in an apartment. The furnishings were very tasteful and the apartment was really very clean and large. The key handover upon arrival with Matteo worked excellently and someone came to the apartment for the departure and collected the key, so that we could start the journey home right away. The beach promenade with various restaurants could be reached on foot in about 8-10 minutes. By car, one could quickly reach the neighboring towns such as Stresa, Feriolo, or Intra. The Villa Fedora as a beach day for children is highly recommended. All in all, it was a successful stay, which unfortunately was much too short. The contact with the landlady was very sympathetic and accommodating. We would come back to this beautiful vacation home at any time.

Wonderful view of the lake
Very spacious, quiet and centrally located apartment with a beautiful view from almost all rooms - ideal for two couples with the two bathrooms. Especially the terrace with morning sun for breakfast offers a magnificent view of the lake. Good equipment with many kitchen appliances.
Also advantageous is the connection by ship to many destinations - you can usually leave the car parked.
Great contact with Yvonne, who always responds quickly (we booked very short notice) and informs herself about the current traffic situation to give arrival tips. Thank you!

Beautiful and spacious flat above Baveno with a great view of the Lago
We spent relaxing days in the flat, which is very spacious and clean. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The two bathrooms are also advantageous, so there is no congestion when showering after returning from the lake, for example. We already knew the very nice landlords from Villa Isabel in the same village, which we can also highly recommend. We will be happy to come back!
