From the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful sea and panoramic view of the town of Baveno and Lake Maggiore.
The apartment has 3 large bedrooms and 2 fully equipped bathrooms.
A balcony leads around the entire apartment and offers a truly relaxing panoramic view of the Lago and the beautiful surroundings.
A large garden is also part of the apartment.
In all rooms and in the bathrooms there are ample closets and storage facilities for a pleasant stay.
There is a washing machine and a dishwasher for your stay.

On the second floor, the apartment "GARDENIA" is offered on the same terms and is structurally identical to the apartment "Camelia", but also has a fireplace.
Both apartments are very bright and newly renovated.

The boat landing stage for the excursion boats to the beautiful islands in Lake Maggiore can be reached in 10 minutes on foot in Baveno.
One of the most well-kept beaches of Lake Maggiore is located in Feriolo only 2 km comfortably (also by bicycle) away.
The beach promenade of Baveno has every season a special flair and invites you to relax in the restaurants and cafes.
Small shops, a bakery, pharmacy and boutiques are within walking distance in the village.
The train station of Baveno can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. From there there are direct trains to Milan for a day trip.
From the holiday home, hiking trails lead to the mountainous hinterland of Baveno and Stresa with unforgettable panoramic views of Lake Maggiore and the Borromean Islands.

Beautiful holiday apartment with lake view.
Very nice accommodation with a beautiful terrace and a wonderful view of the lake.
Unfortunately, the dishwasher was missing. However, the washing machine can be freely used.
The landlady was always available for questions.

Group Holidays on the Lago with Dog
Four of us with a dog stayed in this holiday flat for 6 nights. All "special requests" such as two parking spaces for motorbikes were fulfilled without any problems.
Even with problems (we forgot adapters) we were helped immediately.
We will gladly stay in this accommodation again, as we were completely satisfied.
