This is a 1-bedroom apartment near the tranquil waters of Lake Como in Pognana Lario. There is a balcony with garden furniture, where you can enjoy meals while admiring nature. It provides a comfortable stay for a family or group of 4 persons.
The apartment is situated along a high ridge, which from the main road, descends steeply to Lake Como. With the panoramic lift, you can go down to the shore of the lake, where there is a pool with a pool bar, the tennis courts with synthetic grass, and a large communal garden. Supermarkets are at a walking distance of 0.5 km. For a stroll, the town center of Lake Como is 13 km away.
The apartment is furnished in a simple way and has central heating. You can cook delightful meals in the kitchen. There are two single sofa beds in the living room and a double bed in the bedroom for everyone to sleep comfortably. In the shared swimming pool, you can cool down on a hot summer day.

Beautiful location overlooking Lake Como! We would go with the dog but in retrospect glad we didn't, there are a lot of stairs, which we would not recommend for dogs or children. The apartment is a bit dated but the view makes up for it.

The view from the apartment was breathtaking. However, the building was run down and you had to go down a lot of steep stairs to get there. There was an elevator to go down, but it stopped halfway so you still had to take the stairs and to get to this (rickety) elevator you had to walk over a narrow and slippery path at the edge of a precipice with the suitcases. The photos on the site are certainly not a good representation of reality. The staff were mostly nice and the park's waterfront location was crap. Overall a doubtful case, but for this price it was certainly doable.

We had a great holiday! The complex has a lot of overdue maintenance, something needs to be done about that quickly. Beds were therefore not always the best. But the view is priceless, view over the whole Lake Como, amazing. That makes a lot of good.
