Enjoy staying by the tranquil waters in Pognana Lario with this 2-bedroom apartment. From the balcony with the garden furniture, you can enjoy the surrounding views and admire nature. It provides a comfortable stay for a family or group of 6 persons.
The apartment is situated along a high ridge, which from the main road, descends steeply to Lake Como. With the panoramic lift, you can go down to the shore of the lake, where there is a pool with a pool bar, the tennis courts with synthetic grass, and a large communal garden. Supermarkets are at a walking distance of 0.5 km. For a stroll, the town center of Lake Como is 13 km away.
The apartment is furnished in a simple and functional way. It has two single sofa beds in the living room and two bedrooms. You also have a shared swimming pool to cool down on a hot summer day. There is a shared washing machine for daily help. The central eating facility keeps you comfortable indoors.
You can check-in from 4-7 PM and check-out from 9-10 AM.

First of all the people: Very very friendly and cozy. Only positives for this. The environment was also very beautiful. Quite a bit to do, you do need to have a car on hand as virtually nothing is walkable. The reason for a lower rating is the price-quality ratio of the apartment. The apartment was minimalist. A very outdated kitchen with hardly anything to prepare. Beds and furniture were old and rickety. There was also something to be said about the hygiene. There was no air conditioning, which made it unpleasant, especially at night. For the price we had to pay (€ 1,900 for 1 week), we certainly expected something better. In addition, the prices of the restaurant were also not correct in our experience. The price level was even higher than good restaurants in the center of Milan. It wasn't bad, but nothing special either.

Stayed in the apartment for two weeks, it is very simply furnished but the view over the lake really makes up for everything! The pool is lovely with large grass around it and a simple bar where you can get a pizza and a cold Aperol. From there you can also walk straight into Lake Como, which is even nicer than the swimming pool. Except for the pool, the grounds are moderately maintained and little decorated, could use a paint brush and a flower pot. All in all a nice stay with great views and good location for days out, but a bit on the price for the apartment itself.

Very nice place, great apartment. Reception is nice. Accommodation is as described, atmospheric environment. The mattresses unfortunately left much to be desired, kitchen equipment is not very complete. Very nice restaurant across the street. In the apartment do not suffer from the busy road along the complex, this is completely focused on the lake. Very nice and nice holiday spent at La Cava.

The arrival was fine, the surroundings, the view and the garden with swimming pool, adjacent to the lake, were fantastic. The accommodation itself left something to be desired. Much overdue maintenance, the door to the terrace did not open. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired, especially the bathroom. Terrace very spacious and beautiful view!
