Enjoy the glamorous sea views from the balcony of this 1-bedroom apartment in Pognana Lario. The balcony is great to relax and unwind in privacy. You can stay here in comfort with a family or group of 4 persons.
The apartment is situated along a high ridge, which from the main road, descends steeply to Lake Como. With the panoramic lift, you can go down to the shore of the lake, where there is a pool with a pool bar, the tennis courts with synthetic grass, and a large communal garden. Supermarkets are at a walking distance of 0.5 km. For a stroll, the town center of Lake Como is 13 km away.
The centrally heated apartment has a kitchen to cook healthy breakfasts and lavish dinners. The shared swimming pool is in place to enjoy swimming a few laps. You can request for a cot and a high chair for free here. Up to 1 pet is allowed for an additional fee.

Beautifully situated, fantastic view, very spacious terrace, beautiful place around pool on the lake, simple but fine restaurant. Apartments are basic but sufficiently spacious and adequately furnished. Not suitable for people who can not or do not want to walk, although the lift ensures that you never have to walk or descend more than 60 steps. Anyone who wants to do a lot in the (wide) area should take into account that every time the narrow provincial road along the lake must be covered. For example, the 12 kilometers to Como can cost you almost half an hour. And Bellagio is not far away, but only count for 35 to 40 minutes.

Superb apartment overlooking the lake with a large terrace, magnificent view. Very beautiful park on the edge of the lake with swimming pool and restaurant.

Beautiful location right on Lake Como. Fantastic views from the private roof terrace and a nice large communal garden with a swimming pool for the children. The apartment itself is quite dated internally and clearly in need of an update. The beds are 'Spartan', very hard and far from comfortable to sleep on. The complex itself could also use some love. For those who do not place too much value on comfort and luxury, this is all in all a great place to stay as a base to explore the area. Ps. the restaurant La Meridian at 150 meters walking distance from the complex is highly recommended in terms of authentic and affordable food.
