The late check-in went smoothly, the room was well furnished for relaxing evenings on the terrace overlooking the lake. Small details like clean towels and easy parking were appreciated.

The property is extremely clean and everything is present. The steep slope down/up is a bit of an issue, especially with a low, longer car. We were unlucky that it was extremely hot, even at night. There is no air conditioning, only 1 fan that had seen better days. The night temperature could not be brought below 29.5 degrees. Everything is available downstairs but it's a bit cramped. For people who are less mobile, it is something to be cautious about. Cast iron chairs on the balcony are a bit spartan and the chairs inside are quite hard. So bring cushions. The pool was perfect and well maintained. The view over Lake Como was breathtaking. The manager(s), father and son, were very friendly.

We arrived well, approaching many tunnels but quickly. The couple Omberti are very nice. Seniore Stefano speaks good German. The driveway from the mountain side is very steep. You get used to it quickly. The cottage is very stylish and nice and for 2 people completely sufficient. On the upper floor is a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Downstairs a small bedroom and a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine. The pool is large and very clean. One looks from the balcony directly on the pool and on almost the whole of Lake Como. It is a good starting point for hiking, biking, kayaking etc. In the village is a ship mooring where regular ships and speedboats go to all important places. We felt very comfortable

Warm welcome by Stefano in German. Small catered cottage with balcony and beautiful view of Lake Como and village Gravedona.Parkeerplaats is however very difficult to reach very steep driveway (bottom of our car got more ground). Walking the dog in the immediate area impossible.

Arrival was good holiday perfect. Minor gripe is the parking, you have a fairly steep slope down to where you then only 4 parking spaces.

Super beautiful location, with a steep slope down by car. But a private parking space is then guaranteed. The slope was fine to manage. After that, a little staircase down and then a beautiful view. Our spot was perfect for the two of us and we really enjoyed it. Super friendly landlords. Older people, who lived next to us. They regularly asked if everything was okay. Super hospitable. You can walk down to the water via a special path. What we found ideal. Mr. explained this super nicely in advance. Despite the fact that the English language was occasionally a bit tricky, everything went smoothly. With only two cottages that they rent out and their own place, it was super quiet and private. The pool is therefore almost like it's just for yourself. We have no negative points and are very satisfied with our stay. Too bad we had to leave, definitely recommended!

Beautifully situated house on the hill with a fantastic view over Lake Como. Cottage is suitable for 2 persons. Lovely pool and very sweet host and hostess. Enough has been said about the entrance and exit. Two tips: if you use the sofa bed, keep in mind that it is hard. Better bring an air mattress. And the chairs on the balcony are made of cast iron, which is a bit hard and uncomfortable after a while. Maybe an idea to bring your own folding chair (not too big because it is a narrow balcony) but with a beautiful view! We enjoyed a week!

If you enter your address on Google Maps, you will be lower on the slope, but if you take a good look at Aerial photo, it works and the notorious slope is not too bad, for a slightly more experienced driver, actually just fun! Reception by super nice couple and stairs walking is also no longer necessary, because recently there is a (super slow) lift ... Accommodation is just fine, everything is there what is needed, and super clean. View is unique and rare beautiful! Walking to the village is a experience in itself, by finding paths through the old center to the beautiful boulevard.

The welcome was very warm. The accommodation is wonderful for 2 people. I knew the area from previous visits to Lake Como. This apartment is in a unique location against the mountains with views over Lake Como to Bellagio.

Ravishing, time-honored stone cottage (Romantica) in a perfect panoramic position on the Lario. The newly renovated accommodation with lots of charm leaves (almost) nothing to be desired (hair dryer or hand blender are to bring). Breakfast at the charming balcony and pool use was - thanks to exceptional weather conditions - even in the last week of October still possible. The surrounding area invites to many hikes (panoramic paths with a magnificent backdrop) and to stroll along lake promenades with stately villas and Mediterranean flair. But even in bad weather, excursions to Milan, Bergamo and Lugano (shopping and culture) offer. We had an unforgettable stay and can only recommend this delightful holiday home warmly. Best regards also to the extremely courteous hosts!

Beautiful view of the lake both from the bedroom and the balcony.All the driveway to the cottage was very steep down was also mentioned but not that it was so steep, parking was just enough. Walking to the village is not to do to style and bumpy footpath, at wet it is even dangerous. There is plenty to do in the area, you have to go by car. Beautiful passes, villages, waterfalls.
