Beautiful location of the house! Great view! Enjoy every day. Very friendly manager, who together with his wife did everything for the guest to feel at ease. For older people who have difficulty (stage)-walk is not a suitable home. Also a must!

Very nice apartment with a seating area, pool and a great view. The kitchen/apartment had everything we needed. We were given a very friendly welcome and introduction by the host. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great. But the apartment is so well located that we were still able to go on hikes, bike rides, boat trips and walks. The entrance to the parking lot is a bit tricky the first time, but you quickly get used to it. We would love to come back.

Away from all the hustle and bustle, this is the perfect place to unwind. The commitment of the owner and his wife are nothing short of amazing. They do really everything to make it. Their guests feel So welcoming and friendly you do not come often. You can go hiking and you want some more buzz than you need some 10 km away. Not really in order to enjoy this beautiful place.

The view is priceless! The whole apartment is aligned with its large glass fronts on the lake and no matter whether one is inside or outside, the view is breathtaking. The hosts are incredibly nice and pleasant, always thought of the well-being of their guests and never intrusive. The whole property reflects their warmth!

Wonderful vacation home with great view over lake and mountains. 15 minute walk down to the beach at the lake in Gravedona, 10 minute drive by car to grocery store, 20 minutes drive to train station (Which Brings you to milan milan center or airport of Bergamo). Bit of a challenge was the steep hill to park the car, but it worked out fine. Owner lives on a separate floor of the house with separate entrance. Retired couple. Very friendly and helpfull. Gave us all the privacy we wanted and Occasionally zuchine basel and separate from his garden. We had a great time! Thank you

We have in April / May 2009 a great week in Gravedona. This is a beautiful house with a good appearance. The view is much nicer than the pictures "s suggest. We have had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful place. The view over the lake and Gravedona never bore and the owner and his wife were very friendly and helpful. We got every few days fresh zucchini, tomatoes and herbs from our own garden. Lake Como z "n picturesque villages is beautiful. The view is very beautiful and you enjoy the life that happens on the lake. Boats arriving and departing. The house is modern, very clean and complete. Not necessarily very atmospheric. Lovely swimming pool with shower. Parking worked fine, but Italian steep! Owners live above the apartment, but the terrace at the apartment feels private.

Friendly welcome. View from terrace was fantastic. Both in good and bad weather due to the light and the clouds. Small-scale apartment complex which is run by friendly Italian people. Nice pool with plenty of loungers. Our apartment on the ground floor had a private garden including lobbering, dining table and extra garden chairs, perfect! The apartment was also fully equipped with a spacious kitchen including sufficient items and a dishwasher. Bathroom somewhat dated but adequate. Location about 10min walk (via steep path) to Gravedona, where you have a few nice restaurants. Good base for trips to, for example, bellagio and varenna.Enige point of attention is that it could have been a bit cleaner, but was not disturbing.

What a beautiful and wonderful stay this was! We (couple) were staying here for a week to work remotely (we're from the Netherlands) and relax. The house and the view are just amazing, it went beyond all our expectations. We had everything we needed to properly work in the house or outside in the private garden. When not working we would take a swim in the beautiful pool or went down into te village. Just nothing bad to say about this place, it was so perfect. The owners (Stefano and his wife) were also amazing and so nice. Helpful, genuinely interested and always in for a talk. We also got some fresh tomatoes and basil from their garden. Thank you !! Would recommend this place to anyone!

Just returned from a week's stay at Casa Archi Cinque. It was lovely in one word. Parking a car is indeed an attraction in itself and very difficult to do for low and long cars, but this can be solved by parking the car on the public road. The owners Stefano and Cesarine, who live on the 1st floor, give you a particularly Italian hospitable feeling without ever feeling like they are above you. Then the view, in one word fantastic!! From the garden, you can continue to enjoy the view from your light chair. The house is tidy and well furnished according to Italian standards. The term Cinque archi has nothing to do with the number of arches of the house, which are indeed 4, but with the number of available sleeping places, which are 5. If you are not in good health, it is better to find something else because you have to take quite a few steps to reach this amazing house. In our opinion, definitely recommended if you are looking for coziness without the crowds and a great location with an amazing view!

Casa Cinque Archi is a beautiful holiday home, equipped with all conveniences.

The view is fantastic.

We didn't mind the stairs you have to climb up and down to reach the house. The slope to the parking lot is indeed a challenge, but you get used to it and you can usually park along the road as well.

The couple living upstairs is incredibly nice and does everything to make your stay enjoyable without being intrusive.

The village of Gravedona is within walking distance (although there are many stairs again), so you could go out for a meal or get an ice cream along the promenade in the evenings.

A tip in the area: walk up the river Livo in Domaso and then jump down from the waterfalls.

We have in April / May 2009 a great week in Gravedona. This is a beautiful house with a good appearance. The view is much nicer than the pictures "s suggest. Vanit the living room or bedroom, you have a magnificent view (in our case also with white tops of the mountains). On a clear day you can see hundreds of miles away. A very particularly plekje.Gravedona is a nice not too touristy village with sufficient voorzieningen.De managers are very friendly (were soon grandparents for our children). The view from the garden is great, every minute of the day much to see in and around the lake. The rest is huge. The stairs, walk from the center up (phew) and parking is getting used to, but works out fine. For a low car less suitable, but you can also park on the road. Gravedona provides sufficient food and groceries. Nice rides in the area, Casa Melzi in Bellagio and Villa Carlotta in Tremezzo for gardeners an experience. Wonderful vacation home with great view over lake and mountains. 15 minute walk down to the beach at the lake in Gravedona, 10 minute drive by car to grocery store, 20 minutes drive to train station (Which Brings you to milan milan center or airport of Bergamo). Bit of a challenge was the steep hill to park the car, but it worked out fine. Owner lives on a separate floor of the house with separate entrance. Retired couple. Very friendly and helpfull. This home is in our opinion not really qualify for the term Belvilla . The advantages are that it is a spacious house with more than stunning views and its own private garden. The disadvantages are that the route is not to run so you have always gone by car. The decor is very quaint and there are two tables with chairs and a small bench. It is a fine house if the weather is nice and you thus mainly live outside but the house is not suitable for bad weather by the uninviting decor and poor connection to restaurants etc.

Nice and well maintained apartment including private garden. The view is a dream both in the morning and in the evening. The pool and gardens are lovingly maintained by the landlords. On arrival we were received very warmly. From the house you are in about 10 minutes walk in the village Gravedona. From the parking lot there are nearly 100 steps to the apartment but worth the effort every time. Access to the car park is via a steep ramp.

Lovely house with lovely owners. I was there for the second time and again enjoyed it. The house has been refurbished and the pool is very welcome. Gravedona is a nice place, nice locally and with a steep climb to walk well. From there You can go anywhere by ferry. The supermarket is close by and the house is well equipped with everything you need. The terrace is south facing and can become very hot during the day. The parking was no problem for us, fine to do. There is a golf course nearby and you can make nice other trips. We had a dog with us who has to walk and run a lot. This is difficult, the dog has to be on the line almost everywhere and the house has little place to let them out.

A nice house with a great view! It is very clean and completely furnished. There is a nice swimming pool with enough beds for all tenants (3 apartments 1x 5 pers. And 2x 3 pers.). The landlords are very nice people. They were very helpful when we arrived and we doubted whether we would drive up the steep driveway. In the end, this was not so bad. There is plenty to do in the neighborhood. For this you do need the car. We had a wonderful week!

What a beautiful and wonderful stay this was! We (couple) were staying here for a week to work remotely (we're from the Netherlands) and relax. The house and the view are just amazing, it went beyond all our expectations. We had everything we needed to properly work in the house or outside in the private garden. When not working we would take a swim in the beautiful pool or went down into te village. Just nothing bad to say about this place, it was so perfect. The owners (Stefano and his wife) were also amazing and so nice. Helpful, genuinely interested and always in for a talk. We also got some fresh tomatoes and basil from their garden. Thank you !! Our apartment on the ground floor had a private garden including lobbering, dining table and extra garden chairs, perfect! Location about 10min walk (via steep path) to Gravedona, where you have a few nice restaurants.
