Our expectations were fully ingelost.Italiaans nice village on Lake Como. Wonderful location of the apartment on the hillside. Nice, warm welcome by the whole family. The location provides a breathtaking view from the terrace where we could eat breakfast daily. Also s "evening we could enjoy the view. From the apartment we have made the walk to Livo, this via the walkway through the vegetation of the mountain. Very adventurous and reach Livo is prachtig.Sinds was our 2nd day of stay open swimming pool. Lovely to after trekking or whatever to aperitifs or cool off. Closing my opinion regarding the comments around accessibility. The property is located on the right as you drive uphill. The problem many people have is that numbering apparently li er varies the street. We are easily found. The parking of the car is a challenge but not exceptional as so often described. Yet I have a low and rather long car. The walk to the village adventurous, Italian and is part of the beautiful location. In all events, an apartment which I would highly recommend warm. Quiet owner who lets you live privately under it. The steep short road to the parking area is a challenge, but everyone succeeds. It's nice that the small complex is secured. Tip for owner. Air conditioning would be nice for very hot weeks. There was a fan in the bedroom.Leuke trips made in beautiful omgeving.Strandje on the point is great. Lovely swim in Lake Como.

It was a fantastic holiday. There is something for everyone on Lake Como, many beautiful walks for adventurers, many beautiful towns, sailing boats or kayaking is no exception. The apartment of host Gustavo was therefore the ideal base. Gustavo welcomes you with great pleasure (and small gifts such as water and fruit) and does his utmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Warm welcome from the amiable homeowner, Mr. Oberti. Clean, nice and simple apartment with wonderful views such as on the Belvilla site. The view is different every time and very fascinating. The swifts fly over your balcony at a gripping distance. Dishwasher in the kitchen / living room. Washing machine in spacious bathroom with small shower, toilet and bidet. Bedroom with (spiral) bed and enough cupboard space. We could store your empty suitcases behind the couch in the living room. Laundry rack at the front door. As a welcome we got home-grown courgettes and deliciously scented basil and a pack of orange juice. Fridge with freezer compartment and gas stove with well-functioning oven. Small filter coffee machine.The access road is very steep but also gets used quickly. Charming town of Gravedona can also be reached on foot (mountain shoes or sturdy footwear) along a winding path with permanent boulders. Swimming pool is fantastic with again the beautiful view over Lake Como, sun beds, sitting area, umbrellas and shower. There are plenty of restaurants and 3 supermarkets in Gravedona.

After a long drive and finally found the house, we were welcomed very friendly. The man of the house speaks good German and poor English. (Our German is very bad but we came a long way) Very nice apartment with everything you need on holiday. Great that you have a swimming pool. We would go there again soon. It is a beautiful area, in a nearby village you can walk 3 km to crotto dangri, very good to do with children. That is really worth it, so incredibly beautiful nature there. Small tip, if you have driven through the tunnel, it is less than 100 meters on the left-hand side. You only see a fence with the number 60, here you drive down (very steep) and park your car there. With the elevator (with code) you go to the apartments, so strangers can't get on it.

A comfortable, cozy house with a lovely balcony and garden with lovely views, where you can relax and feel at home. Because of its location it is a good base to get out and about in beautiful surroundings: the lake, the villages and mountains. Gravedona is a pleasant village with a nice (car free) boulevard and good boat connections to the rest of the Comomeer.Vriendelijke, helpful and welcoming owners. Mention should be the car road along the lake at the bottom of the hill runs, causing daytime and "evening traffic is audible. The apartment is not big but has a large bathroom and a bedroom with a good bed. The kitchen equipment is minimal. But ... the view is phenomenal! As you continue to watch, you see the length to Bellagio, where the lake splits. On the balcony you can enjoy delicious there. There is a trail to the town, straight down, fifteen minutes. Access by car to the apartment is quite a challenge. The short piece is so steep down, followed by a hairpin, quite exciting, and back up drive is an even greater challenge, unless you have a 4WD .. By boat a visit to Bellagio is a must. Back to NL, we drove through Lugano and Bellinzona, because the border at Chiasso is very busy and over Lugano is quiet.

We have had a wonderful week in Casa Tre Archi. the apartment was perfect for each other and the environment and beautiful location. The view is truly magnificent and the village of Gravedona is cozy. In the vicinity is much to do and see, something for everyone. Personally I think that with small children is not appropriate. You must be fit and agile and not afraid to use your car to take the steep slope to park. For us, 40 and 47, all this was no problem and we have very genoten.De owner is very friendly and helpful, we can absolutely recommend it.

The apartment is fairly simple, but especially considering the price very complete. The bedroom is very clean with a good bed and the temperature is "to do at night. We chose this apartment only for the scenery, hoping that the pictures on the website do not hide an element that would spoil everything. After a week we went through Switzerland to Studio Im Ammertal German Alphen, a fantastic route through the mountains. We found this a very nice combination for a 14 day vacation.

With an old tom-tom hard to find. The house numbers are disordered. We have searched for over an hour. Friendly welcome by the man of the house. Beautiful area. I find it less suitable with dog because in direchte nearby hiking trails are only perpendicular up or go down. A lawn for a short exhaust turn is hard to find. The village is very nice. We rented a boat one day, expensive but highly recommended. The view from the balcony is gorgeous! For hikers and other sporty types really a must.

On arrival we were very nice received by the landlords and the apartment passed what was a lovely apartment with an even better view than the picture "s." Fantastic view from our balcony. Not hamper inmates. The pool is nice to cool off after a very hot day. Gravedona is a good restaurant, is also visited quite busy. Super friendly! Nice apartment with beautiful views. Everything explained clearly during the tour and a nice short route to the village below. Everything was clean and tidy. Please note that the driveway is very steep but there you will also find useful tips from the owner. The surroundings are beautiful, the village downstairs is not very big but has a lovely ice cream parlor and near the church is a great restaurant where you should definitely eat .There is a lot to do in the vicinity of the Lake, so the Sorsasso restaurant is a must, make sure you reserve your stay !!

We chose this apartment only for the scenery, hoping that the pictures on the website do not hide an element that would spoil everything. A location with a fantastic view! From the balcony of the high house is always something new to discover, there is much to see (binoculars is a must). Warm welcome from the amiable homeowner, Mr. Oberti. Clean, nice and simple apartment with wonderful views such as on the Belvilla site. The view is different every time and very fascinating. The swifts fly over your balcony at a gripping distance. Dishwasher in the kitchen / living room. Washing machine in spacious bathroom with small shower, toilet and bidet. Bedroom with (spiral) bed and enough cupboard space. We could store your empty suitcases behind the couch in the living room. Laundry rack at the front door. As a welcome we got home-grown courgettes and deliciously scented basil and a pack of orange juice. Fridge with freezer compartment and gas stove with well-functioning oven. Small filter coffee machine.The access road is very steep but also gets used quickly. Charming town of Gravedona can also be reached on foot (mountain shoes or sturdy footwear) along a winding path with permanent boulders. Swimming pool is fantastic with again the beautiful view over Lake Como, sun beds, sitting area, umbrellas and shower. There are plenty of restaurants and 3 supermarkets in Gravedona.

After a long drive and finally found the house, we were welcomed very friendly. The man of the house speaks good German and poor English. (Our German is very bad but we came a long way) Very nice apartment with everything you need on holiday. Great that you have a swimming pool. We would go there again soon. It is a beautiful area, in a nearby village you can walk 3 km to crotto dangri, very good to do with children. That is really worth it, so incredibly beautiful nature there. Small tip, if you have driven through the tunnel, it is less than 100 meters on the left-hand side. You only see a fence with the number 60, here you drive down (very steep) and park your car there. With the elevator (with code) you go to the apartments, so strangers can't get on it.

The house is well equipped, even with a lift from the parking lot to the holiday apartment. The landlords are very nice. The view and the pool are unique. At the pool there are loungers and seating for each guest. The pool apparently has solar heating. The view was superb, every day on the balcony of genoten.De people of the cottage were very nice people and very helpful.
