It is a beautiful holiday apartment, where nothing is missing – everything you need for a relaxing vacation is available. The dreamlike view of Lake Como is particularly impressive. The complex is also very nice and well-maintained. You can wonderfully relax in the large pool while enjoying the magnificent view of the lake, the town, and the surrounding mountains. We felt very comfortable here and would come back anytime.

Our expectations were fully ingelost.Italiaans nice village on Lake Como. Wonderful location of the apartment on the hillside. Nice, warm welcome by the whole family. The location provides a breathtaking view from the terrace where we could eat breakfast daily. Also s "evening we could enjoy the view. From the apartment we have made the walk to Livo, this via the walkway through the vegetation of the mountain. Very adventurous and reach Livo is prachtig.Sinds was our 2nd day of stay open swimming pool. Lovely to after trekking or whatever to aperitifs or cool off. Closing my opinion regarding the comments around accessibility. The property is located on the right as you drive uphill. The problem many people have is that numbering apparently li er varies the street. We are easily found. The parking of the car is a challenge but not exceptional as so often described. Yet I have a low and rather long car. The walk to the village adventurous, Italian and is part of the beautiful location. In all events, an apartment which I would highly recommend warm. Lovely apartment with great views over the lake. Kitchen was completely updated with all amenities. Beds very hard but that is personal. Swimming pool fantastic. Have you almost private. Quiet owner who lets you live privately under it. The steep short road to the parking area is a challenge, but everyone succeeds. It's nice that the small complex is secured. Tip for owner. Air conditioning would be nice for very hot weeks. There was a fan in the bedroom.Leuke trips made in beautiful omgeving.Strandje on the point is great. Lovely swim in Lake Como.

It was a fantastic holiday. There is something for everyone on Lake Como, many beautiful walks for adventurers, many beautiful towns, sailing boats or kayaking is no exception. The apartment of host Gustavo was therefore the ideal base. Gustavo welcomes you with great pleasure (and small gifts such as water and fruit) and does his utmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Even the lake is not equally accessible for swimming everywhere, so the swimming pool at the residence is a very great added value. The apartment itself was small but very cozy and contained everything you need as a couple on holiday. Finally, having breakfast every morning on the terrace with a fantastic view over the lake is THE perfect start to your day!”

Warm welcome from the amiable homeowner, Mr. Oberti. Clean, nice and simple apartment with wonderful views such as on the Belvilla site. The view is different every time and very fascinating. The swifts fly over your balcony at a gripping distance. Dishwasher in the kitchen / living room. Washing machine in spacious bathroom with small shower, toilet and bidet. Bedroom with (spiral) bed and enough cupboard space. We could store your empty suitcases behind the couch in the living room. Laundry rack at the front door. As a welcome we got home-grown courgettes and deliciously scented basil and a pack of orange juice. Fridge with freezer compartment and gas stove with well-functioning oven. Small filter coffee machine.The access road is very steep but also gets used quickly. Charming town of Gravedona can also be reached on foot (mountain shoes or sturdy footwear) along a winding path with permanent boulders. Swimming pool is fantastic with again the beautiful view over Lake Como, sun beds, sitting area, umbrellas and shower. There are plenty of restaurants and 3 supermarkets in Gravedona.

After a long drive and finally found the house, we were welcomed very friendly. The man of the house speaks good German and poor English. (Our German is very bad but we came a long way) Very nice apartment with everything you need on holiday. Great that you have a swimming pool. We would go there again soon. It is a beautiful area, in a nearby village you can walk 3 km to crotto dangri, very good to do with children. That is really worth it, so incredibly beautiful nature there. Small tip, if you have driven through the tunnel, it is less than 100 meters on the left-hand side. You only see a fence with the number 60, here you drive down (very steep) and park your car there. With the elevator (with code) you go to the apartments, so strangers can't get on it.

A comfortable, cozy house with a lovely balcony and garden with lovely views, where you can relax and feel at home. Because of its location it is a good base to get out and about in beautiful surroundings: the lake, the villages and mountains. Gravedona is a pleasant village with a nice (car free) boulevard and good boat connections to the rest of the Comomeer.Vriendelijke, helpful and welcoming owners. Mention should be the car road along the lake at the bottom of the hill runs, causing daytime and "evening traffic is audible. It went quickly and will in many locations along the lake heard, but if you silence looking then you should in your choice into account.

Environment Comomeer is a beautiful lake in beautiful mountain scenery, both during the day and especially at dark. The mountains determine the weather (though unfortunately it was less) and the construction / construction of roads and houses. Consequently collision with other car on exit of apartment. Really watched blown and traffic light or lighting advised to owner, who also hurt himself on his own car. By boat to other places is definitely recommended.

The apartment is not big but has a large bathroom and a bedroom with a good bed. The kitchen equipment is minimal. But ... the view is phenomenal! As you continue to watch, you see the length to Bellagio, where the lake splits. On the balcony you can enjoy delicious there. There is a trail to the town, straight down, fifteen minutes. Access by car to the apartment is quite a challenge. The short piece is so steep down, followed by a hairpin, quite exciting, and back up drive is an even greater challenge, unless you have a 4WD .. By boat a visit to Bellagio is a must. Back to NL, we drove through Lugano and Bellinzona, because the border at Chiasso is very busy and over Lugano is quiet.

We have had a wonderful week in Casa Tre Archi. the apartment was perfect for each other and the environment and beautiful location. The view is truly magnificent and the village of Gravedona is cozy. In the vicinity is much to do and see, something for everyone. Personally I think that with small children is not appropriate. You must be fit and agile and not afraid to use your car to take the steep slope to park. For us, 40 and 47, all this was no problem and we have very genoten.De owner is very friendly and helpful, we can absolutely recommend it.

The apartment is fairly simple, but especially considering the price very complete. The bedroom is very clean with a good bed and the temperature is "to do at night. Well there is even a washing machine in the bathroom and the owner you (free of charge) the code to get wifi. From the balcony the view the lake and Gravedona fantastic. We were there during the fireworks along the boulevard for maria holiday and could follow great from our balcony! The ramp car was initially just a shock, very steep. But this went pretty quickly and then it's nothing more. The owner puts you also in great detail how you can drive. the best The location is quite high and therefore it is quite strenuous to walk up again. Going down obviously fairly quickly . From Colico (20 minutes drive), you can train to Milan deal where you then are in a half hour. this for 15 euros per person for a return ticket, including public transport card for the whole of Milan. Furthermore there Gravedona quite a few restaurants, which are all pretty good and affordable. Also close to a beach and a quite large supermarket. Furthermore, there is plenty to do, for there is a tourist information booth at the boulevard.De owner is a very friend

We had a wonderful holiday in Gravedona.Mooi comfortable apartment!! And then the view from the balcony ..... Magnificent views of Lake Como!! Convenient footpath down to the promenade where it certainly Gravedona s "was.Weer evening very pleasant place to walk back up was a good challenge The condition! Because the weather was still beautiful, we packed our stuff and often till the wee hours spent at the beach where you could sit in the more zwemmen.Ook a beautiful walk along the lake to Dongo.Niet forget that we the necessary flavors of Italian ice have genoten.Al with al .... we just had a perfect holiday!!

Super friendly! Nice apartment with beautiful views. Everything explained clearly during the tour and a nice short route to the village below. Everything was clean and tidy. Please note that the driveway is very steep but there you will also find useful tips from the owner. The surroundings are beautiful, the village downstairs is not very big but has a lovely ice cream parlor and near the church is a great restaurant where you should definitely eat .There is a lot to do in the vicinity of the Lake, so the Sorsasso restaurant is a must, make sure you reserve your stay !!

First time in Italy and it was like verwacht.Prachtige holiday property with a beautiful pool. The view was superb, every day on the balcony of genoten.De people of the cottage were very nice people and very helpful. The householder spoke good German and the son spoke English well, which was very nice for us. Gravedona itself was a real Italian town, and very cozy and not too touristy. Can eat very well and there was a good thing with good ice cream. Also spent a day by train to Milan, which is highly recommended is.Wat for us was not a problem, but you just have to keep in mind is that the house is built against a mountain and a lot higher than Gravedona, You will need quite a bit steep slopes, on admittedly nice paths, occasionally on lopen.Maar as a whole it really was super .....

The cottage is located on a mountain slope. You have a beautiful view of Lake Como. It is with the car a good base for cycling, hiking or to the various beaches of going. Gravedona has a small beach at the mouth of the river Liro. All this can also by bike, but keep or take a steep climb to the cottage. You can also take a boat from Gravedona to several other towns on Lake Como. "In the evening relax on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view. Pity it is not always really quiet sometimes by the present traffic noise from the road beneath the mountain loopt.De receipt by the owner is friendly.

A location with a fantastic view! From the balcony of the high house is always something new to discover, there is much to see (binoculars is a must). The apartment was clean and spacious enough for two people. The owners were very friendly and put themselves regularly informed of our wellbeing. Boat Trips on the lake from the nearby harbor to book. Several places on the lake one can inflict, Belaggio is a must! The boat is a good alternative for those who want to leave the car at home. For us a good ten!

Very steep, short slope with sharp bend to parking place. Less suitable for automatic car. Down with elevator or stairs. Breathtaking view. Very warm welcome by Stefano (owner). Cozy cozy apartment with spacious balcony. Super pool. Kitchen dated, but still functions fine. Pans need to be replaced. Lots of light. Nice bedroom and bathroom. Washing machine. Ideal starting point for beautiful walks. Boat departure points 2 km away. Cycling is not possible; very steep and nowhere cycle paths. Busy road along the lake gives some noise. Humming from electricity distribution center nearby is a bit of a nuisance. Large supermarket 1.5 km away. Despite the downsides, we had a very nice holiday.

This is a great vakantiewoning.Prachtig gelegen.Niet suitable for families with small kinderen.Maar for us as a couple (57 and 51) prima.Wat we noticed that all the facilities werken.Et in the house is clean and bijgehouden.De owner is a kind man and helps you a little bit of progress and gives tips.De entrance to the parking lot is the first time effe swallow, but then succeeds et best.De parking for the car is even overdekt.Het view from the balcony is absolutely heavenly .I got there but not enough van.Al with aleen recommended.
