Extremely well received by the manager (?). TV did not, but that was immediately and correctly verholpen.Geen, except that the pool pump broke down, so last 4 days can not swim. For us, not the worst, but I can imagine others might.

The house was quite remote but a plus for us! Nice house, but to stay with four adult persons is too small. We did not have 4 patio chairs and coffee jug was only for one person ... The bathroom was not taken care of shower door mold and soap scum, to sink every day pieces of plaster from the ceiling.

We did not live in one of the new houses, but in the bottom standing, lovingly renovated brick house. Fantastic views from the covered terrace to the opposite Bergdörfern.Guter starting point for excursions by car, boat and train.

The cottage is neat, owner friendly and helpful. It is in a beautiful setting. The arrival time that is passed by Belvilla was between 5 and 7 p.m. Because we traveled to Italy in two days, we wanted to arrive earlier. Sent an email to the owner and it appears the arrival time is between 3 and 7 pm. No problem to arrive from 3 p.m. If we wanted to call half an hour before arrival, she was in the house. Done in no time. She had just e-mailed us the last few km of the route. This makes it easy to find. And to which also signposting signs.

The brand new holiday home is very well located: in the "back country but still close to the sea (about 15 km). Quiet in the trees. Very good quality / price ratio. The owner is very sympathetic and concerned about the well being of guests.

We have had two lovely weeks. The houses are beautiful and well maintained and offer plenty of privacy. For trips (Genoa, Cinque Terre, Pisa) is very central. A car is really a must. That appeared to sit in a pool, was a very pleasant surprise!

Well designed accommodation for 4 people. Possibility of eating out very agrle. Lack some cooking utensils which requires clean as soon as "we" s served as "a drink or he n" there is more but it "is quite manageable.

We enjoyed our vacation in this apartment. The apartments are clean and spacious enough. There are only 7 houses so very peaceful. The owner family is very welcoming and helpful. The pool provides welcome refreshment on hot summer days. The center of the city of La Spezia is half an hour away, but in the village nearby there are a supermarket, pizzeria, bar and cash machine.

Also, we did not manage to find the house at once. The road is quite hard to find. The seven houses are somewhere on a mound. It's quite a climb to get there by narrow road. Cottage otherwise fine. We had cottage C, all we had E on the booking. Apartment C is located at its best. No. C, D and E are in terms of front door within a few meters. These are homes for at most three people, but ideal for two. The third person (child) must be in pull out couch. One bedroom so. Terrace is not happy together. They are semi-detached houses (3 pieces). The area has not much to do. La Spezia is the major town in the area. Particularly busy town due to Cinque Terre. Very quiet house with only a reasonable amount of dog barking. Bit isolated so, but nice and quiet! For the rest had a fine time for a week.
