The guest accommodation has a living area of 80 sqm divided into bedroom, living room with open kitchen and bathroom. From all rooms you can enjoy a wide panorama of the lake, the equipment of the very bright holiday apartment is of high quality, modern and functional - it invites you to relax and feel good. Our guests can use the parking lot in the courtyard, closed with a gate. The apartment is on the ground floor. From the garden you have an unobstructed 270 degree view from the marble quarries of Carrara to the Gulf of La Spezia.

Our apartment is situated on a hill above the Golfo di La The access leads through an open forest and does not let us guess what a magnificent view is to be expected from our The location of La Spezia, on the border between Liguria and Tuscany, is very advantageous. Our apartment is an ideal starting point to visit both regions. The sea is only one kilometre away as the crow flies, and the beaches can be reached in half an hour. Ferries run from La Spezia to the 5 famous villages of the Cinque Terre. The imposing marble quarries of Carrara are 15 km away.

Super apartment with great hosts - highly recommended!
We spent 10 days in this wonderfully furnished and spacious apartment. The apartment was not lacking in any amenities, with top-notch appliances and very lovingly designed. We also enjoyed small details that are rarely found in other apartments. The panoramic terrace was also stunning, offering an excellent view of the Bay of La Spezia with its large harbor. We observed with great interest how the large cruise ships entered the harbor to set sail for other Mediterranean ports the next day.
The hosts Isia and Silvano were unmatched, always supporting us with advice and assistance. A charming couple who generously and lovingly pamper their guests. The apartment is highly recommended!

We spent 10 days in this tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped holiday apartment and were completely satisfied. This allowed us to feel at home from the very first moment. The fantastic view from the terrace over the Gulf of La Spezia was impressive. Surrounded by a magically blooming garden, we could spend relaxing hours here. The hospitality of our landlords was unparalleled. We were very grateful for the numerous recommendations for excursions, eating out, shopping, etc., and also for the fact that communication in German was very straightforward. The holiday apartment is very well suited as a starting point to explore Liguria in the region around La Spezia - Cinque Terre - Carrara, etc.
