This delightful apartment is close to the medieval historic center of Lavagna in a neighborhood near the sea. An ideal pad for a group or a family, it is only 0.7 km from the town center and in close proximity to numerous farmhouses, fair , festivals and local markets which open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday respectively.
You will have the opportunity to buy local products in the historic shops and relish supper outdoors. On summer evenings, you can be part of tastings, concerts, markets are organized almost every evening. The seaside promenade will give you splendid sunsets, the slate cycle path and panoramic walks will make you discover the hinterland. Do visit Chiavari, only 50 m away, famous for its pedestrian streets, shops and games for children along the promenade. Sestri Levante, with its particular form of a tongue of land, is where you can start on an excursion and admire the panorama from above.

The house is very nice, great location. In the surroundings there is everything you need to have a nice holiday. The only negative was the cleanliness of the apartment. The owner offered to let someone come to clean in the next few days.
