Located in Flower Riviera, the villa is perfect for a peaceful vacation amidst the hills enjoying the sea view. It has 2 bedrooms to host a family of 4 and comes with heating, terrace, and barbecue.
An amazing experience awaits you during your morning walks. The region with its Ligurian terraced fields or "Fasce" (a UNESCO World Heritage site) is truly a delight to the eyes. You can breathe in the fresh air as you walk through the 10.000 m2 olive yards. The harbor of Rapallo is also nearby. Grocery and catering services are available.
The villa comes with paid heating and there is a fireplace and wood stove in the living-dining room. Bring your pet, as the home allows 1 pet at 30/Stay. The kitchen is modern and the veranda perfect for morning coffee. The balcony on the first floor has a splendid sea view. You can try the barbecue and relax on the terrace with a furnished garden enjoying the greenery. There is safe parking.
Check-in between 4 6 PM and check-out between 8 10 AM.

A wonderful experience! We have already spent a week here and are now very happy to be back. The house is exposed above Rapallo and the location is unique! The large, very well-kept property is particularly impressive! Olive trees, roses, herbs and lizards everywhere! Stefano ensures a very friendly and uncomplicated reception. The house is very well equipped, especially the grill behind the house was a pleasure! The house has 3 different terraces, each has its own advantages! All in all, a really nice time, we can highly recommend the house!

We experienced the house as a gem that stands out from other ikea-oriented accommodations. The loving equipment in the "Landgrave country seat style", the wonderful nature with a large variety of animals and plants in the middle of the large olive grove as the last house to the mountain with walking connection to the network of marked hiking trails have made it possible for us to have very relaxing Corona holidays. The morning coffee with a view of the sea and Portofino under the vines on the terrace will be remembered forever. The realm behind the through room (bedroom, work corner, roof terrace, winter garden and winter garden terrace) can also be reached through the outside staircase without having to go through the through bedroom. The landlord Stefano was always available and very helpful, the contact with the representative on site was very pleasant and barrier-free via Google translator. Our tip: Rent a motor boat instead of the beach!

A great house with a unique panorama! Ideal for two or three. Very friendly landlord who took care of all special requests (more wood for the excellent open fireplace etc.) and already had coffee, wine and olive oil ready. Perfect for relaxing in the middle of nature. A little too many cacti that hibernate indoors. The stone path to the house becomes more pleasant every day - and there is a freight elevator. Flashlight is needed at night. A stay in the Casa Panoramica is highly recommended.

On arrival there was a language barrier of the landlady. Did not dare to speak English. Otherwise very nice. Information about the many steps (206 pieces) to the house should be in the information. Also wild animals (wild boars) should be informed and especially hornets (allergy sufferers)! The accommodation is not suitable for dogs. Very badly fenced, if you want to walk with the dog, you have to go up and down the stairs every single time and do not let the dog walk unangeleint on the property.Vertaged windows and then only a thin glass entrance door do not provide a great sense of security compared to large wildlife.

Privacy on a private mountain. Friendly and very helpfull at arrival. Instruction were clear, contact was fine. Private parking place. Super privacy, quiet, beuatifull place to stay.

Arrival was somewhat unclear. The owner was not there himself but had sent a woman who spoke only Italian. But we saved ourselves. The view of the accommodation is priceless. A fantastic location in a private olive grove. 2 disadvantages: from your car you have to walk over 200 steps to the house and you have to shower in the bathtub and hold it yourself. Furthermore, beautifully beautiful!

The effort of the steps is well worth it! After climbing the more than 200 steps you enter an oasis of tranquility. Your luggage can be transported by cable car on arrival and departure. You have a magnificent view of the area with the bay of Portofino in the distance. The garden is lush and there are several terraces to sit and relax. The house is of a good standard, everything you need is there. The house does not have a luxurious standard, but the furnishings are decent and adequate, most of it has been thought of and the facilities are in good condition. However, if you do not want to take a bath, you have to hold the shower head to shower, there is no shower rod. The road from Rapallo to the house is a bit narrow, but well paved. Be careful with the bottom of your car at the parking lot at the house, the driveway from the road to the parking lot is a bit on the steep side, but if you drive in slowly and carefully, you're fine. The owner is friendly and helpful. A wonderful holiday home in a beautiful location for those who love peace and nature.

Perhaps the house is the most beautiful thing we have ever booked. However, the accessibility is very poor. You have to drive a few kilometers on a narrow winding road with a few passing points. Then you have to overcome a staircase 100 meters. In the summer heat that is quite a task. For the rest, the said air conditioning is just an indoor unit with too little capacity, the internet is bad and the house is not really clean. Suffered from suspected bed bugs for 2 weeks. Counted number of bites 400. No, never this again. Sorry, it's no different.
