Located in Perugia, this stunning 2-bedroom mansion with air conditioning is perfect for couples on romantic getaway or a small group. There is also a shared swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols to relax.
The stunning palace of Palazzo dei Priori (22 km) is an attractive tourist destination to visit. An outing can also be planned to The Fontana Maggiore (21 km) and National Gallery (22 km). There are also several restaurants and supermarkets (100 m) in the area for convenience.
This tastefully decorated mansion is well-furnished with modern amenities to provide a comfortable stay. Besides a large, modular kitchen, there is also a TV and parking facility. A relaxing session in the sauna and the indoor bubble bath will surely leave you rejuvenated. You can indulge in barbecue, or relax in the shared garden decked with furniture. The host allows 1 pet on the property.
The nearest airport is Aeroporto Internazionale dell'Umbria - Perugia, which is 13 km away from the mansion.
The use of the wellness area is subject to a charge, upon request subject to availability and to be agreed on the spot (discounts for children under 12 years).

The grounds of the agriturismo are beautifully decorated and maintained. From our apartment Olivo you look at a piece of garden and the hills. This apartment is south-east facing. It has a small canopy so you can sit in the shade, or you have to put a chair under the olive trees on the grass. No umbrellas available and no easy chairs. Living room / kitchen unsociable in terms of decor, luckily you sit outside most of the time. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms top. Mattresses are a bit through. 1 air conditioning unit only in the living room. This one was leaking water on our arrival on Saturday, immediately looked to see if it could be fixed, was finally repaired on Tuesday late afternoon. On arrival only a built-in fridge with open freezer from the 50s. The same day a new fridge/freezer combination was placed next to the countertop. Kitchen equipment minimal, no toaster, kettle, regular coffee machine and dishwasher. Couldn't find out that there would be a spa. Restaurant on site is fine, nice menu, good food. Pool is good size and not crowded when we were there. Conad supermarket down in the village fine, good fresh brown and white bread. Butcher shop limited range. For a larger supermarket take the Emi towards the highway at Bosco. No washing machine on the agriturismo. In Colombella an excellent unmanned small laundry with 3 large (1x 26kg) washing machines and 2 dryers. With cash money you buy coins in the coin machine that hangs there. Cities such as Perugia, Assissi, Spello, Deruta and Gubbio are not too long a drive away. Road surface on the highways bad, full of potholes and bad road markings. Owner and Antonella are very friendly, speak only Italian. Takes action quickly and appropriately if something is wrong. In short, we had a lovely 14 days here.

Nice and just apartment. In the meantime, cleaning will also be done. Children were very friendly about the (spacious and clean) swimming pool and the playground. It is very quiet, but everything is good for any entertainment. We are very much talking about the accommodation.

Beautiful location. Big swimming pool. Friendly helpful people. Good reception. If possible, only bring your own chairs to sit outside. Otherwise you will be sitting on small wooden kitchen chairs for two weeks. There is no decent outdoor furniture at the cottages. Luckily at the pool.
