This exquisite holiday home is located in Umbria. Ideal for a family, it can accommodate 6 guests and has 2 bedrooms. It has a fenced garden and a terrace for you to admire the beautiful landscape. The lake is at a 5 km distance from the home. If you run out of your essentials, the supermarket is 5 km. The house is only 5 km from the local restaurant if you plan to dine out with your family. Heating and fireplace will keep you cozy inside. With views over the lake of Trasimeno, you can make use of the garden to enjoy yourself until the early hours of the morning. 1 pet at the rate of 30/Stay is allowed on the property. The guests can check-in between 4-7 PM, and the checkout time is from 9- 10 AM.

The enclosed garden with good furniture, also gewelig for the dog. From terraces and indoor dining overlooking the lake with beautiful sunsets. Perugia, Assisi, Cortona, Montepulciano and many reach charming Umbrian villages within an hour. Because of the beautiful summer weather fortunately much outside, inside was the sitting area for longer stays very limited with only one bank.

Reception and communication went very well. The host did not speak English, but we made do with google translate. He had also prepared fresh local products for us, very sweet! Typically Italian!
Cottage: the street to the cottage is not paved, very bumpy and steep! The cottage itself is suitable for a maximum of 4 people. It is not modern, but very neat! Only the kitchen could be a little more renewed for us. You don't have a microwave here either. In addition, all windows are equipped with a fly screen! Super handy that you can ventilate without letting all kinds of insects into the house.
Garden: the garden is indeed well fenced. The garden consists of a particle garden; very well maintained also with plants and flowers. In addition, there is also a part of the forest, better check on arrival whether wild animals have not dug a hole under the fence (if you have dogs with you).
You have a super view of the lake and you are also a stone's throw from supermarkets, markets and nice towns!

A great place to chill out in the garden with lots of privacy, enjoying a sunset at Lake Trasimeno or the many medieval towns in the area to bezoeken.Kortom: this property is highly recommended and in addition all neatly arranged: from house to travel documentation.

It's a nice comfortable house, with a lovely properly fenced garden and woodland where children can play well. From the terrace and house there is a magnificent view over Lake Trasimeno with magnificent views of the setting sun. 5 km outdoor swimming pools are fine surcharge accessible or you can with a nice boat ride to the island Polvese with there also good bathing.
