The house is surrounded by a wide green area with shady olive trees, garden furniture and table tennis, where in a panoramic position a pool (6 x 12 m) was applied. At the height of the first floor there are two terraces with views of Lake Trasimeno; one is partially covered and is therefore suitable for outdoor dining, while the other has simply to sunbathe. Comfortably furnished with quality furniture. All rooms are located on the 1st floor, the ground floor has only Storage / cellars, which are closed. Over a typical external stone staircase leads to the living area with living room with TV, music system and fireplace, kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and dining area, twin bedroom with intermediate floor with a single bed, bedroom with queen bed, double room, double room with bathroom (shower) and intermediate shelf with a double bed and a single bed, two bathrooms with shower. From the kitchen and the living room leads to the approximately 60 sqm. large, partially covered terrace with barbecue, table and chairs.

This farmhouse, a typical example of rural architecture of the last century, has undergone a painstaking refurbishment, transforming it into a comfortable holiday. At the top of a hill covered with olive trees, it overlooks the Lago Trasimeno. What one wants more than the peace and tranquility of the countryside together with the cool touch of the high blowing from the lake. The beach of Lake Trasimeno, where you not only enjoy the summer sun, but can also operate typical water sports such as sailing and windsurfing, can be reached in just a few minutes.
