Belvilla by OYO Pino is a wonderful getaway! The hosts were friendly and very helpful, and we loved the comfortable beds and the spacious layout of our apartment. We felt very relaxed during our stay, and the dining options nearby were a pleasant surprise.

We had a lot of fun at Belvilla! The apartment was cozy and rustic, just how we like it. The two terraces really gave us options to relax and enjoy the sun. Also, the olive oil from the farm was fantastic! I highly recommend it for a peaceful vacation.

Belvilla by OYO Pino really felt like a hidden gem! The rustic charm of the apartments is absolutely delightful, and the view from our terrace was breathtaking. We spent lazy afternoons by the spacious pool, enjoying the sun and soaking in the serene countryside atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly hospitable, and we enjoyed their fresh olive oil and wine. The nearby towns such as Città di Pieve and Lake Trasimeno offered great day trips. A perfect place for anyone wanting to relax and experience the beauty of Umbria and Tuscany!

Very bad road to the house, we did our bumper still damaged when we drove back in the dark after dinner and had to move to a tegenligger.Het house (il Pino) ​​itself was tiny, you would have 6 people can only stay with us 4 adults already tight, especially the patio. If you wanted were people on the patio sliding tightly against the table to your front door, otherwise you could not get along. The glass and crockery was minimal and was wobbly piled curtains behind the house was falling awkwardly under the aanrecht.Verder so your bedroom and were inverted over the balconies of neighbors. There is only one disadvantage and that is the dirt and very bad access road to the apartment. This is two kilometers away in your car. The owner knows this and explained that due to the prolonged drought it was impossible for him to make improvements. Future tenants are warned by this.

View is beautiful. You have to drive anywhere to nothing walkable from this location. Private terrace for 5 people was very small. At the pool, the (plastic) beds very hard. Mattress / pillows would be nice.

First Umbria, first Belvilla We liked VERY MUCH. Prima house, extremely well maintained! The 2nd day we had a leaking toilet (water tank) a simple phone call to the owners and they came to recover the day even more perfect. Very friendly, cordial hosts. Pool fine. (Only alleged whirlpool was not available?) Domain is really visited every day by the necessary cleaning / gardener / female, to keep everything in tip-top order. Loungers all in order. Good location, however remote and dark long path situated treacherous pieces. So you always deserve the best light to the house. Evening outing in town is not doing.

Super location! Exactly between Umbria and Tuscany, perfect for day trips. The decoration of the apartment is charming but not overly fancy. We felt at home right away. The swimming pool at night is a must. Just a note, the check-in fee after 7 PM is a bit annoying, but overall we had a lot of fun!
