This farmhouse with eight comfortable flats is located on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, near Città della Pieve and Lake Trasimeno. The rustic atmosphere has been preserved in the restoration of the flats. The agriturismo produces and sells excellent olive oil, wine, pasta and honey.
The furnishings are rustic and cosy. The flat is on the second floor and here you will also find the large covered terrace with a wonderful view of Umbria and Tuscany! On the terrace you can really enjoy your holiday. There is a huge swimming pool with jacuzzi, surrounded by a large solarium with sun loungers and parasols for guests. The pool is illuminated and can therefore also be used in the evening. Oaks and cypresses grow in the garden.
A fitness room, sauna and both indoor and outdoor play area are available to guests.
This Etruscan region consists of a beautiful hilly landscape with excellent views and beautiful towns. In addition to enjoying the swimming pool and sauna on the farm, you can make pleasant trips to Città della Pieve, Perugia, Chiusi, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Cortona, Arezzo and Siena.

Very kindly received. English speaking son-in-law who was willing to offer all the help. Very well maintained, spacious apartment (almost like new!) With really beautiful views from the two balconies. Kitchen is also fully equipped. 2 bathrooms. Elevator available to easily carry luggage to apartment. Perfect parking behind closed fence. Nice swimming pool. Also offers the possibility to take trips by train (from Chuisi station with free parking) to Florence (about 2 hours) or Rome. The accommodation is beautiful and exceeded our expectations in terms of size and condition. Everything is basically brand new and perfectly maintained. The people are helpful and friendly. The area has lots to see and visit. The towns and villages are beautiful. In terms of cost is the same level or cheaper Italy and the Netherlands, except for fuel far as we could bekijken.Wat us is a real winner.

Very kindly received. English speaking son-in-law who was willing to offer all the help. Very well maintained, spacious apartment (almost like new!) With really beautiful views from the two balconies. Kitchen is also fully equipped. 2 bathrooms. Elevator available to easily carry luggage to apartment. Perfect parking behind closed fence. Nice swimming pool. Also offers the possibility to take trips by train (from Chuisi station with free parking) to Florence (about 2 hours) or Rome. Food possible in Moriano village within walking distance. Tourist Info Map available in cottage.

Very friendly welcome, helpful people who speak fluent English and French. Family atmosphere. Because of booking problems of other guests we were assigned a larger apartment. Nice view and everything is fine!

Despite the corona troubles decided to go to Italy, especially considering that Umbria was / was hardly affected by corona and Case Graziani is a small-scale accommodation, we did not think it was an unacceptable risk! So glad we went because it was fantastic! Everything super neat and plenty of space, including at the pool. In several places hand soap and at the pool disinfection material to clean beds if you want; is done every morning anyway. Only downside (but get used to it quickly) is that you have to put on a mask if you want to go somewhere and in busy places where you cannot keep a meter away, but we have not encountered those, not even in Orvieto and Montepulciano, normally popular tourist places. Wonderful environment also for mountain biking / cycling !!
