The beautiful surroundings and wine and olive tastings in the area make a vacation of a lifetime. You can walk on the dirt road to Lake Trasimeno at 600 m. There is also a public swimming pool at a short drive.
The farmhouse was recently restored retaining a rustic ambiance. It comes with parking and also paid bicycles. Interiors are comfortable with heating and a cozy living room with a double sofa bed and TV. There is a cot for a small fee. Enjoy a game of table tennis or table football while the kids explore the play equipment from the furnished garden. You will love relaxing outdoors on the terrace enjoying the fresh air. The location is the seamy side (west side) of Lake Trasimeno. The central location tourist towns well reachable Many mosquitoes. Castilo de Lago is a nice place.

Owners are stug and speak almost no english. Accommodation is in itself good, however, is above the kitchen so the rooms stay very hot. In the main bedroom, air conditioning costs 6 euto per day. Kitchen is very simple and eating a bite takes some morite to handle (walking back and forth with stairs). Accommodation is mainly used by Italian family of owners.

A very nice podere with nice apartment, relaxed atmosphere, nice swimming pool, quiet garden, delicious food in the restaurant, good wifi, friendly hostess. Centrally located, good base for Umbria and Tuscany. The immediate surroundings are beautiful, peaceful and there is everything to see in the towns and smaller villages.
