This 2-bedroom holiday home in Foligno is perfect for 2 persons on an adventurous expedition. In the large shared garden, you have a shared swimming pool to take a refreshing dip on a hot summer day.
The roads in the area are flat and ideal for biking. You can explore the whole area by bikes. At 1.5 km, you have the nearest restaurants and supermarkets for daily needs. Sports lovers have a tennis court at 3 km and a golf course at 25 km to indulge in a game. The lively town of Foligno at 4 km has historic buildings, quaint shops, and many restaurants to explore. At 9 km rests the charming town of Montefalco for a day-tour.

Our first visit to Umbria with the own Auto..Zentrale location around the region well know to lernen.Ruhige outskirts, beautifully restored property, modern and comfortably furnished. We felt very comfortable.

Beautiful setting with incredible opportunities to get to know Italy culturally, history, nature, folklore and gastronomy! Apartment is very modern furnished and equipped. Of course you miss at the apartments on the first floor, a small garden or balcony for outdoor breakfast easy. But otherwise everything is fine in order and clean; all rooms air conditioned. The owner is very friendly, welcoming and helpful!
