The farm was well equipped and perfect for our family getaway, The shared pool was a big hit with the kids, and we spent the evenings barbecuing in the garden, The location was quiet, surrounded by beautiful hills, and we took a trip to Narni, which was just a few minutes' drive away, The hosts were incredibly welcoming, making our experience even better, Overall, a fantastic choice for a relaxing vacation!

Our experience at Belvilla by OYO La Roverella was quite pleasant, The apartment had everything we needed, including a comfortable stove for cooler evenings, It is located in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing after exploring nearby attractions like the Roman Bridge and Villalago Park, Although it may not have been the most luxurious place, it was clean, comfortable, and offered an authentic farmhouse atmosphere, I would recommend it for families looking for a quiet retreat

I would recommend everyone who is on the road to stop here if they want some rest and are looking for comfort. The kitchen has everything needed, and the hot tub in the bathroom felt nice after daytime outings. Also convenient: a shared washing machine, especially for longer stays.

A real agritourismo cottage is at the end of a + - 1.5 country road. Pool nice, clean terrace plenty of seating for all guests. Having a nice holiday on arrival after the landlord also shows a private party at the pool, when we arrived there was a birthday party running by the pool. The whole site was full of cars, there was a DJ playing and a lot of people at the pool, we could hardly be in the pool. Other guests quickly told us that he did this more often on weekends and That it was quiet for the rest of the week but a strange entrant .... Owner is also nice and regularly present. Do not expect too much of the equipment in and around the apartments, it's me, it works, But on his Italian, buttons, geyser goes out of his mind and does not want to etc. etc. All in all, very nice place, lots of rest and a real holiday feeling!

The house is surrounded by hills and is ideal for those who want a peaceful holiday. The apartments are small and basic but everything is there. Only the small kitchen equipment is very basic just cutlery but no extra "s (eg. No peeler, ladle, serving bowls, etc.) Owner speaks only Italian, not English. Very nice garden with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. Tables and chairs outside are spread over garden certainly agree with other residents to use them. Pool water is quite cold.
