Resting in the green hills, this is a 2-bedroom farmhouse in Montoro that can host up to 5 persons. You can stay here with your family or friends and enjoy an exotic vacation by the swimming pool in the fresh air.
Walking just 3km, you get to supermarkets and restaurants. Tennis court 13 km. 12 km from the charming town of Narni, where you can visit the "Piazza dei Priori" which was a Roman forum. At 21 km is the charming city of Terni with impressive buildings. Also recommended is the town of Spoleto at 40 km.
The farmhouse is equipped with heating and has a living room with fireplace. On the terrace by the pool, it has a lounge set and dining furniture to enjoy banquets and barbecues. After meals you can take walks in the common garden. Both the terrace and the garden offer ample space for lingering outdoors. For younger guests it is possible to request a cot and a high chair free of charge.

The environment is absolutely fantastic! You are completely surrounded by beautiful nature. Absolute tranquility. Beautiful garden. Big swimming pool.
The water in the pool is unfortunately very cold.
The house: We were in an apartment for 5 people. There were 2 bedrooms: 1 single room, the other double. There was a pull-out couch in the kitchen. This pull-out bed is not suitable for sleeping. We had to put the mattress on the floor to give our teenage girls some sleep. Since they had to sleep in the kitchen, their sleep was often disturbed, especially in the morning. The bed in the double room squeaks a lot. The mattress was passed on so we slept on the floor. Due to the layout, not really an apartment for 5 people, although there is enough space. In terms of temperature: no AC but is ok. House is cool enough.
In terms of kitchen equipment: cooking pots need to be replaced; there may be some more drinking bottles (now 6). No salt, washing up liquid, kitchen towel or dish cloth provided. Be sure to bring everything yourself.

With this holiday home everything is LOCATION. Really great. Nice view, secluded, quiet but the road to the house is the HELL. I have never experienced worse. You almost drive your car there.

Friendly welcome by owner Allesandro and does everything to help everyone as quickly as possible if there is something. the accommodation was completely the same as the pictures can be seen.The region is certainly the most beautiful in Italy count.Voor us it was a successful holiday

The house: We stayed in a 5-person apartment. There were 2 bedrooms: 1 single room, the other double. There was a pull-out sofa in the kitchen. This pull-out bed is unsuitable for sleeping. We had to put the mattress on the floor to give our teenage girls some sleep. Since they had to sleep in the kitchen, they were often disturbed in their sleep, especially in the morning. The bed in the double room squeaks a lot. The mattress is worn out, so we also slept on the floor. Not really a 5-person apartment in terms of layout, although there is enough space. In terms of temperature: no air conditioning but it's okay. The house is cool enough.
In terms of kitchen equipment: pots are due for replacement; there could be more drinking bottles (currently 6). No salt, dishwashing liquid, kitchen towel, or dishcloth provided. Be sure to bring everything yourself.
