Located in Ficulle, this secluded villa is perfect for a weekend getaway with the family or group of friends. It has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. A private swimming pool with outside shower is in place for you to unwind and relax after a long tiring day.
Nature lovers can go and explore the forest at 1000 m from the villa. The nearest restaurant is 8 km away to enjoy a local meal. The town center is 1 km whereas the local grocery stores are just 2 km away.
Central heating is there for your comfortable stay. The living room which has a fireplace to keep you comfortable is great to spend time together. Enjoy a glass of wine and a platter of barbecue while sitting in the outdoor furniture by the pool.
The check-in timings are between 3-6 PM and check out is from 9-10 AM.

Beautiful house. All quiet. Wonderful pool. The owner lives somewhere nearby and is a very very kind and helpful man. Discrete but present when you need him.

Beautiful house with fantastic veranda and nice pool. Village at 7 minutes. Has a supermarket and a good restaurant. We have come to rest wonderfully.

Beautiful villa in a beautiful estate, beautifully maintained garden with swimming pool. Owner is very friendly. We have had a top holiday. Highly recommended!

A nice house, wonderfully cool. The covered terrace is wonderful to be. Mr Codato is extremely helpful and friendly. Swimming pool nice and big and nice that it is not right next to the house. Shops easily accessible. Delicious ice creams at the local bar!
The mattresses are not really great. Master bedroom is ok, but the 2 other bedrooms (not the bunk bed) are bad.

Despite the weather conditions had a nice vacation in Ficulle. Tasty and cheap food nearby. Paese Mio in the center and Casal dell 'Angeli towards Fabro. Beautiful and spacious house equipped with mosquito nets so you "could easily open up the windows at night and enjoy the cicadas. Very large and beautiful swimming pool. 2 cars can park in the & quotcarport "and the covered outdoor terrace of 60 sqm is fantastic. Unfortunately had some problems during the rainy periods of unpleasant odors outside because the feces of dogs who may here and there lay in the bushes. We do not recommend too low to cars because you have about 2 miles round gravel road driving.

everything is chic. However, we were at the end unpleasantly surprised by the high electricity costs of 160 € for 2 weeks, although we sparingly with the house lighting handled. Was the swimming pool ...?

A great house. It was very hot when we were there, and there is no air con ... All amenities in the house. Swimming is also fine. The owner is very helpful if you would like something. There are nice towns nearby such as Todi, Orvieto and Civita. Good restaurants buurt.Enige downside is that you in the distance / depth, the highway and hear.

Ficulle is rustic but welcoming, the people are very friendly and helpful. Our stay at La Palazetta we can describe as very relaxing. A must for those looking for peace and wants to enjoy the pool. In Ficulle are also beautiful dining. Who is not afraid of a little drive sits near beautiful sights such as Montepulciano. A little further but certainly feasible Rome and Florence. In short, something for everyone.

The house is very beautiful, very private and has a practical layout with large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The whole house exudes that it is furnished with love and attention. The porch is very nice, here we have doorgrbracht most of the time. The pool and garden are stunning, it is updated daily by the very friendly owner. In the immediate vicinity is not doing much, Orvieto is the nearest large town (about 5 minutes drive). For us this was not a problem, we had little need to leave, as this home offered everything we were looking for peace.

Upon arrival we were wonderfully received by the Owner Christiano Codato, Ms. Codato continues to keep herself on the backgraund but that is not bad. During the entire holiday we were well taken care of by Christiano, a friendly and amiable man. The accommodation is in a word great, the house exudes the life of the residents. The house is located in a beautiful area we could not have thought of nicer. Supermarkets are easy to find and easily accessible, especially the Eurospin is an excellent supermarket and very easily accessible. Ficulle itself is also a beautiful village and surprised us very much. In short, we had a formidable holiday in this great house.

Very nice location if you like peace. Everything is available and the owner is super friendly and helpful. The house and swimming pool are very clean and equipped with all the comforts. Could not be better for us. Well not ideal for people who want to take a step in the world in the evening. Everything was fine and the reception was warm.

Beautiful surroundings, beautiful accommodation, but house was difficult to find. Besides coordinates also just give directions. (No range / internet connection available on the go). House is 10-15 minutes drive from the village of Ficulle.

Awesome. The house, the owner, the tranquility, the pool and the patio. Everything is great. Road there is Italian but the spot is more than worth it. We would like to be here 365 days a year.
