Dear readers, I can be very short: The best holiday EVER!! But with great pleasure I will tell you why we had such a great holiday. This beautiful holiday home has two apartments. One for two to three people and one for four to six people. We had the apartment Zafferano with our family (one daughter of almost 4). In this apartment you have two lovely bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom. There is also a 2-person sofa bed in the living room. The second bathroom is located behind the kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious and each has a double bed. Very nice are the wooden shutters on the windows that keep the sun out and can darken the room as needed. There are two anchored fans on the ceiling for cool air. The bathrooms are spacious and the showers have really good water pressure. The kitchen has an oven and very nice, a gas stove. The refrigerator is nice and spacious with ditto freezer. The apartments, bed and bath linen are extremely clean and of good quality. Not unimportant is the quality of the internet and wifi. This is in fact completely top, even outside on the terrace excellent range. And then the terrace outside. Well, we have completely relaxed here because from here you have an incredibly beautiful and distant view over the valley, the hills and Orvieto in the distance. We are from Amsterdam and it was almost surreal for us not to hear any traffic noise at all. In the evenings and nights you will be amazed by the beautiful starry sky, the call of the tawny owl and the visit of wild badgers or wild boars. The villages in the area have supermarkets, bakers, butchers and homemade ice cream! Don't forget to visit the local restaurants and wineries. All friendly owners and real home-made Italian dishes at their best. Our daughter had a great time in the lovely and fairly large swimming pool. It is kept very clean on a daily basis. Also very

Beautiful location with super pool. The road to the house is indeed difficult but as the owner said: you need something to reach paradise. Beautifully located apartment for 4 (and sofa bed), unobstructed view of beautiful valley, with Orveito in the distance. Nice pool, and very friendly owner (regularly brings fruit and vegetables from the garden). Great for a quiet holiday, your own kitchen, fridge / freezer, two bathrooms, and wifi. No TV, but not missed. Nice swimming pool, is well maintained. The last 10 minutes to the house is over gravel path.

The cottage is surrounded by mountains and with magnificent views over the mountains. As in previous reviews about the house is the entrance to it is indeed quite an undertaking in itself, but also hear the holiday feeling. Shops and restaurants are not all within walking distance, but you can do on a 20-odd minutes to find, in nearby Orvieto.Ideaal for nature lovers and people who want to stay quiet. There are 2 houses on the site that are leased: a 4-person cottage and a 2-person cabin. We rented a 4-person cottage: it was simply furnished, clean and big enough. Also nice was the pool after a hot Italian day it is wonderful to be around in some zwemmen.Zeer friendly owners, who during the stay vegetables from the garden served. On demand the owner is also with us go wine tasting in 1 of the surrounding vineyards.

The apartment is part of a house where the owner / occupant rented two apartments on the BG. the apartment where we were with a small narrow terrace where privacy was very limited because the neighbors were also directly. Also the other apartment was better compared gelegenn the evening sun. The deck chairs were very uncomfortable and also inside lacked a good chair. The apartment is quite narrow, pijpela and therefore unsuitable for daytime long to bring to the too small terras.de location is quite remote on top of a hill, so a lot of rest and in the evening beautiful view over the valley. The road to it is about 3 km half paved with many potholes and at the end a very steep section just what to do with a solid car.

We found the location fantastic. Typical Italian style and with a beautiful view. The area is very quiet and it is blissfully quiet. The owner is a fantastic man who does his very best to spoil his guests. So we got fresh vegetables from the garden when we arrived. We also received wine, olive oil and a sort of vegetable lasagne during the stay. We therefore want to thank the owner very much for our stay. Grazie Mille! We think the accommodation was fantastic. Typical Italian style with a beautiful view. The environment is very quiet and relaxing was never so easy. Who with the access of 30% reduction is not a problem, this is a small paradise. The view is, especially in the morning, breathtaking. From the terrace you look out over the beautiful green valley in the distance Orvieto. the pool has a size where you can take a dip and vegetable garden, olive trees and surroundings give a true Italian feel. the decor in the house is not special, but nice and is fully equipped. and the owner is a nice example of citizen, a man who adds something to this world in the most positive sense. He is still working on the further development of this paradise. Another visitor, will therefore certainly more positive than we ... PS and for the work / internet addict among us, is a very good WiFi network and Internet connection.

Dream location for tranquility. If paradise exists, this location close to come of how it looks ... Super friendly, helpful owner who showed us regularly to share in the proceeds of his vegetable garden and fruit trees. It was a nice stay. Neat, big enough, quiet. We are very hospitable (with occasional vegetables from the garden). Only the unpaved access road of 3 km was somewhat disappointing, but that is on the Italian road works and not the owner.

We enjoyed a fantastic holiday in a particularly beautiful location between the olive trees. The villa was well cared for and quietly situated in the hillside and there were hiking opportunities through the fields and woods in the hillside. The owners were very friendly and helpful. In the evening we saw wild boars and deer in the morning and twilight. The pool was lovely and well looked after. There were plenty of sunbeds and also awnings for shade. The owner gave us vegetables from his own garden and once cooked for us. Delicious! We have done day trips to Orvieto, Rome, Perugia, Assisi, Terni (waterfalls) and Civita Bagnoregio. It is also not far from Lake Bolsena and Trasimeno. The villa is highly recommended.

Secluded farmhouse, only accessible via steep, half-paved road. Had a great stay. Particularly affectionate owner. Contact Signor Della Vechia was simple because we have spoken in Italian. First day immediately invited to visit the wine region to bring and buy. Whatever wine Received daily fresh vegetables offered. The weather was anything but on the days when the sun was shining, we have optimally utilized the pool. BBQ was used daily by us. The gloomy days, among others. visited cities like Norcia, Rome, Bevagna, Montefalco and Spoleto. Multiple Outlet centers within driving distance. The underground city of Perugia is very rewarding. The complex was somewhat remote and the road to it was a bit long and last part too steep, but there were plenty of celebrations in July in the vicinity and you can Ficulle fine dining at La Fontana. Fabro there is a reasonable supermarket. In short, highly recommended.

Lovely place away from the crowds with tranquility and amazing views. Top pool, fine host and very fine house. As reported by other guests you have to just drive through the gravel but that is more than worth it. Only downside are the wasps and mosquitoes.

Beautiful surroundings, well-kept, clean, nice apartment, decent material (furniture, household goods, ...), sunny swimming pool, .... We were spoiled by the owner with fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden. The road to the house was not very clear, but we found it. People who responded earlier do not exaggerate the descent to and the climb of the house back to the "inhabited world" is spicy-but also with a bad-moving car like ours is attainable.
