Nestled in the wonderful Maremma countryside on the Tuscany-Lazio border, where the silvery leaves of olive trees combine with the verdant fields and the deep blue of the sea, this Agritourism has been recently renovated to offer apartments and rooms featuring all necessary amenities and decorated nicely. From the terrace (common use) you have a nice view over the surroundings and the swimming pool (located below, reachable by stairs).
Located on a 90 hectare estate, the farm enjoys a strategic position, offering guests numerous options for unforgettable days out. Just three kilometres from Marina di Montalto with its sandy beaches, the estate is also at the centre of an archeologically important area: Vulci with its park, the Etruscan museum and castle, Tarquinia with its necropolis and more besides. The proximity to the Tuscan border makes Capalbio and Mount Argentario easily reachable within a few minutes.
Many other destinations of interest are just as close and include: Viterbo, Tuscania, Bomarzo with its mysterious monster park, Lake Bolsena and more. The Aurelia road makes Rome reachable by car in just one hour. Golf lovers will be happy to know that there is a course in Tarquinia (15 km) and Sutri (60 km); not to mention the new Argentario course (35 km).

Due to the extreme heat wave (which caused even the death of an employee in the area of the accommodation) we are extremely limited to get to know villages and get to know the surroundings. We were whispered to the pool or the apartment by the air conditioning. However, has nothing to do with appreciation holiday home.

Very friendly welcome by the very, very nice manager. the apartment was very clean and nicely equipped. Missing Kitchenware were supplemented easily and friendly. The plant is very appealing, very quiet outside of Montalto. Approximately 2km from the centrum away with beautiful views of Mont Alto, the sea, a beautiful lavender field and landscape or fields. By train in 1 1/2 hours to Rome. The pool was clean and equipped with comfortable lounge chairs. You could also place a well-tended lawn. A trip to the Maremma is highly recommended. However, on their own not July-September possible. During this period, only guided tours possible.

Ideal for a relaxing holiday. Particularly quiet and beautiful location. Smart accommodation. By car you are within 5 minutes from the coast, well one hour from Rome and 2 hours from Florence. For every wills so. Our great mountain dog clearly enjoyed here.

Lentisco is part of Saracone it is an apartment with a private terrace. It is furnished with great care and attention to detail. It has a spacious bathroom with a rather small shower. The complex has a magnificent view of Montalto di Castro. Its many attractions, the beach and shops. In the immediate vicinity For questions or problems you can always contact the helpful Stefania and Carlotta. We have a very nice holiday spent and recommend it to everyone.

We have a wonderful holiday gehadhet apartment was very nice and spacious, with a good stove, the hostess was very friendly and could provide you with the necessary information. One slight problem was that the TV only had Italian channels, but even my kids have not gemist.Dit house is highly recommended.

Although no spektaculaire, romantic setting and in the adjacent Toscana is a good place. In early May (for Marking Pins) you are probably like us the only guest. Good weather with a few showers, nice swimming pool, nice view of Montalto di Castro (but also the Termo Power Plant) is a good outings. The sea in Montalto Marina, free sulfur baths at Saturnia and the wonderful Etruscan Vulci park. Rome is 5 minutes by train and Pisa something verder.Voor the kids a soccer field with goals and corner flags, playhouse, donkeys and space. The pool is perfect 1.40 deep and 12.5 m long. We sat upstairs in the house with two bedrooms. The one bedroom apartments are beautiful and we also expect good fit with kinderen.Wij Antico Granaio found in the fortress of Mont Alto's best restaurant (with Wifi).

Friendly welcome. We stayed in September and saw an absolutely quiet environment. Great base for trips in the old Etruskengebied and in Rome you an hour (we left the car at a subway terminal located outside of Rome). Nice pool where you can swim at least lengths without immediately ending up across the street. Had a shower problem, but was immediately fixed.

The apartment was nice and fresh and modern decorated. The hostess was very friendly and cordial. By car, everything was perfectly accessible. Nice quiet area. Great pool with views over countryside and village.

The object mastic tree is large and in the bedroom without air conditioning cool. The system complies with the photos, and the whole atmosphere is very relaxed and enjoyable. Close to lots of sightseeing and relaxation!
