Spend your vacation amidst fields and olive trees in a 1-bedroom farmhouse. It is located in Montalto di Castro and hosts a family of 4 people. There is a shared swimming pool and air conditioning to enjoy.

You can enjoy the nearby sandy beaches. There are also attractions like Vulci, the Etruscan museum, and castle, and Tarquinia with its necropolis to explore. In a few minute's distance, you can find Capalbio and Mount Argentario, and also Viterbo, Tuscania, Bomarzo, and Lake Bolsena. Supermarket and restaurants are at 4 km.

The home is recently renovated with the heating and air conditioning giving a pleasant climate. You can relax in the hallway during the evening or enjoy the view from the terrace. Location and surroundings of object

Nestled in the wonderful Maremma countryside on the Tuscany-Lazio border, where the silvery leaves of olive trees combine with the verdant fields and the deep blue of the sea, this Agritourism has been recently renovated to offer apartments and rooms featuring all necessary amenities and decorated nicely. From the terrace (common use) you have a nice view over the surroundings and the swimming pool (located below, reachable by stairs).
Located on a 90 hectare estate, the farm enjoys a strategic position, offering guests numerous options for unforgettable days out. Just three kilometres from Marina di Montalto with its sandy beaches, the estate is also at the centre of an archeologically important area: Vulci with its park, the Etruscan museum and castle, Tarquinia with its necropolis and more besides. The proximity to the Tuscan border makes Capalbio and Mount Argentario easily reachable within a few minutes.
Many other destinations of interest are just as close and include: Viterbo, Tuscania, Bomarzo with its mysterious monster park, Lake Bolsena and more. The Aurelia road makes Rome reachable by car in just one hour. Golf lovers will be happy to know that there is a course in Tarquinia (15 km) and Sutri (60 km); not to mention the new Argentario course (35 km).
