Description
The accommodation is located in the California holiday village in the well-known and popular Maremma region near the town of Montalto di Marina, right by the sea. The accommodation in the complex is all surrounded by greenery and harmonises wonderfully with nature. The pool complex has a beach effect, whirlpool massage jets, waterfalls, a water feature and slides. A team of experienced entertainers will accompany you during your stay with a varied entertainment programme, so that unforgettable holiday moments with the family are guaranteed! Various sports facilities are also available to guests: Tennis courts, boccia courts, indoor football and archery. The sandy private beach of around 2 hectares is constantly maintained and is equipped with parasols, beach loungers, deckchairs, pedal boats, water sledges, canoes, beach volleyball courts and a bar-self-service kiosk. Of course, there is also a playground and a mini club (in high season) for the little ones to let off steam. The restaurant will spoil you with regional as well as international and culinary dishes. WIFI is available in the complex for a fee.
The 2-room Superior Vulci Cottage for 4 people (on request, overcrowding to 5 people with a child under 3 years old (in a travel cot) is possible) is located next to the pine forest. The accommodation consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with two full-size single beds (can also be pushed together), which serve as a sofa during the day. The kitchenette has a cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and a fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom is equipped with a WC, washbasin and shower. Air conditioning, bed linen and towels are included. 1 parasol and 2 sunbeds on the beach are included in the price during the high season (as of 2024). Each accommodation has a terrace with table and chairs where you can relax while the children let off steam in the playground or by the pool. Barbecues are permitted in the barbecue areas with a charcoal grill. Travelling time from ital. Border approx. 5h. Half or full board can also be booked on site on request. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
Arrivals and departures are possible daily. In the period from 03.08.-23.08.2024 the minimum stay is 7 nights. In the period from 06.07.-02.08.2024 / 24.08.-06.09.2024 the minimum stay is 4 nights. In the period from 22 June to 5 July 2024, the minimum stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). In the remaining period, the minimum stay is 2 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The complex borders directly on a beautiful and well-kept private beach. 1 parasol and 2 sunbeds on the beach are already included in the price during the high season (2024). The beach is equipped with parasols, beach loungers, deckchairs, pedal boats, water sledges, canoes, beach volleyball courts and a bar-self-service kiosk. There is also an entrance and exit channel marked by buoys for those with small boats.
POOL
The pool area with beach effect provides variety with its waterfalls, water play and slides. The pool area is clearly the centre of the resort. The experienced entertainment team also entertains you here every day in high season with a varied programme.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The pool area and the amphitheatre are the focal point of the resort and the place where the entertainers organise and perform games, dances, plays and various shows in high season. There is also a playground for younger guests to let off steam. There is also a mini club, where your little ones will be lovingly looked after by the experienced entertainment team. Families with small children also have the option of hiring a baby cot on site.
LEISURE AND SPORT
Those who want to keep fit on holiday will certainly not miss out at this resort. Whether it's a game of tennis or a round of boccia, there's something for everyone here! Guests also have access to an indoor football pitch, archery, giant draughts and table tennis. Bicycles can also be hired so that you can explore the surrounding area on two wheels.
SHOPPING
The holiday village has its own mini-market where you can stock up on everyday items and groceries.
FOOD
In the restaurant you can eat numerous specialities and pizzas and drink tasty local wines. At the bar, which is located next to the swimming pool, you can have breakfast. At the market you will find many and various products. There is the possibility of half board or full board in the restaurant of the holiday village.

Marina di Montalto is located in the beautiful Lazio region and is characterised by vast pine forests and wide beaches. The place is ideal for relaxing or exploring nature on a walk. Here you will also find a selection of restaurants and cafés. Marina di Montalto offers you a variety of shops, gelaterias, restaurants and a beautiful beach promenade where you can enjoy walks with the family. You will also find extensive water sports facilities on the beach, making your holiday an adventure holiday. You can go on long walks, cycling and horse-riding excursions. Marina di Montalto is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Etruscan areas, the famous cities of art and culture and the medieval villages. For example, visit the excavations of the ancient city of Vulci or the Torre di Montalto. A former observation tower built under Pope Pius V (1566-1572) for coastal defence. Just 20 kilometres to the north is Capalbio, an almost intact medieval village that offers a magnificent panorama of the surrounding Maremma. A day trip to the city of Rome, just 1.5 hours away by car, is also possible from here.
