I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and amenities of the apartment. The fireplace added a nice touch during the cool evenings. The wellness area was a highlight for us.

Short escape, family of four. The layout suited us wonderfully and having a full kitchen to cook meals together was truly appreciated. Also, the restaurants nearby were fantastic when we wanted to go out.

The apartment was beautiful and spacious, with everything we needed for our stay. The proximity to historical sites like Orvieto made it a perfect base for our excursions. A few minor issues with the Wi-Fi, but overall a great experience.

The location was delightful, surrounded by nature and yet close to charming towns like Pian di San Martino. We particularly enjoyed the shared swimming pool in the afternoons. The apartment had a rustic charm that we greatly appreciated.

The cottage was spacious, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. A private terrace, providing plenty of privacy. Very friendly host. The surrounding area is well-maintained, green, and has a nice pool with sun loungers. The only downside is the road to get there: quite bumpy, but manageable. Once we missed the turn and ended up on roads/trails that were impassable. So stick to the route and turn back if you miss the exit.

The owner pleasantly surprised us again this time with Umbrian delicacies. The apartment was very good, nice and cool and the bed slept very well. I saw on their own website that in consultation with the owners there are many things to do, such as an Umbrian cooking class, excursions, etc. Nothing is written about this on the Belvilla website and not on the location itself either. These are nice things to do. The town of Todi is also very nice, with very old narrow alleys. On September 22, 2024 the annual Ferrari Day was there, also recommended. A larger place nearby is Orvieto, a beautiful city to visit.
