The property was clean and well-equipped. We appreciated the air conditioning on hot days. The shared pool was a nice touch, although it was a bit crowded at times. Overall, a solid choice for a family getaway.

The highlight of our trip was definitely the beautiful garden. It was a real pleasure to have breakfast outdoors, in the fresh air. The host was friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would return in a heartbeat!

This place is a whole vibe! The private garden and shared pool are perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Super close to cute towns like Todi for some shopping. Also, the house has all the cozy feels. We will definitely be back!

A charming place in the countryside with a pool, quiet and comfortable, private garden with gazebo, loungers, and table with chairs, in the shade of trees, parking very close, well-equipped and practically new kitchen, clean and recent bathroom, very characteristic with a splendid panorama, very friendly concierge, near an equestrian center, ideal for those who love animals and the countryside, Todi is a few kilometers away, a small village with a supermarket and other services 5 minutes by car.

We had a great stay at Belvilla by Oyo Casa Rovello! The house was spacious and beautifully furnished, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable family vacation. The children absolutely loved the playground and the shared pool, which provided hours of fun in the sun. Moreover, the location was perfect for exploring nearby towns like Todi and Orvieto. The hosts were very welcoming and made us feel at home right away. Would definitely recommend this place for families looking for a relaxing getaway!

Belvilla by Oyo Casa Rovello is a hidden gem! The decor is charming and gives a cozy feel, We loved visiting nearby attractions like Civita di Bagnoregio and returning to our peaceful retreat, A great base for exploring the region

We loved our stay at Belvilla by Oyo Casa Rovello! The house was perfect for us, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed. The garden was fantastic for relaxing, and the kids had a lot of fun at the playground. A great place to relax and explore Todi.

Great location with super sweet hostess. The house is small, but fine, because you are outside all day. The children enjoy themselves in the pool, the playground and with the animals.

Already before arrival we were offered a special bed for our dog. And during our stay the service of Frederica and her mother Rita was outstanding. We regularly got some nice treats and pasta from Donna Rita and from Frederica. The house was nice, comfortable and very clean. The area is good for relaxing and hiking. And by road it is no more than 10 minutes to the supermarket and 15 minutes to Todi, which is a wonderfull town.

This vacation home exceeded our expectations! The layout was perfect for our two families traveling together. The kids had a lot of fun at the playground while the adults relaxed by the pool. Clean, comfortable, and a great location for sightseeing.

Very warm welcome. The homeowner is very concerned about the well-being of the vacationers and very common. The cottage is located in a beautiful setting. The outdoor accommodation was excellent. A very large private terrace with table and chairs and 2 comfortable loungers. A nice swimming pool (to be shared with the other tenants) with the necessary deck chairs. The comfort inside the cottage was sufficient (the bed was not very comfortable).
