Special offer October 2023-March 2024: The stay includes 2 hours daily in the exclusively reserved wellness area (time to be agreed upon arrival, based on previous bookings).
The wellness center includes: Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, internal and external relaxation area, emotional shower, chromo therapy, aroma therapy, Scottish shower, herbal tea room.
Stay in this lovely air-conditioned holiday home with a private garden and access to a shared pool. It is ideal for family sun holidays. The house has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 to 6 people and a pet. This is ideal for a large family.
Let the children romp in the small playground or go shopping in Pian di San Martino or Todi (famous for its beautiful medieval centre). These places are within a 5 km radius of the accommodation. Apart from these places, other historical sites such as Orvieto, Perugia and Assisi are also within easy reach.
The flat is tastefully furnished, and together with the robust architectural style, this creates an authentic atmosphere. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and if it gets too hot, you can cool down in the shared swimming pool. You can book 1 extra bed for 7 euros per person per night. For a fee of 200 euros per person per week or 20 euros per person per day, you have unlimited access (from 15:00 to 18:00) to the wellness centre including sauna, Turkish bath, solarium and bubble bath. The wellness centre is only accessible to guests aged 14 and over.

Very warm welcome. The homeowner is very concerned about the well-being of the vacationers and very common. The cottage is located in a beautiful setting. The outdoor accommodation was excellent. A very large private terrace with table and chairs and 2 comfortable loungers. A nice swimming pool (to be shared with the other tenants) with the necessary deck chairs. The comfort inside the cottage was sufficient (the bed was not very comfortable).

Already before arrival we were offered a special bed for our dog. And during our stay the service of Frederica and her mother Rita was outstanding. We regularly got some nice treats and pasta from Donna Rita and from Frederica. The house was nice, comfortable and very clean. The area is good for relaxing and hiking. And by road it is no more than 10 minutes to the supermarket and 15 minutes to Todi, which is a wonderfull town.
