Already before arrival we were offered a special bed for our dog. And during our stay the service of Frederica and her mother Rita was outstanding. We regularly got some nice treats and pasta from Donna Rita and from Frederica. The house was nice, comfortable and very clean. The area is good for relaxing and hiking. And by road it is no more than 10 minutes to the supermarket and 15 minutes to Todi, which is a wonderfull town.

Overall, a fantastic experience! The house is beautifully designed and well-maintained. We particularly enjoyed the terrace for evening barbecues. The location is perfect for exploring Todi and the surrounding area. We highly recommend it for families or groups!

This holiday home exceeded our expectations! The layout was perfect for our two families traveling together. The children had a lot of fun at the playground while the adults relaxed by the pool. Clean, comfortable, and a great location for sightseeing.

Very warm welcome. The homeowner is very concerned about the well-being of the vacationers and very common. The cottage is located in a beautiful setting. The outdoor accommodation was excellent. A very large private terrace with table and chairs and 2 comfortable loungers. A nice swimming pool (to be shared with the other tenants) with the necessary deck chairs. The comfort inside the cottage was sufficient (the bed was not very comfortable).

A charming place in the countryside with a pool, quiet and comfortable, private garden with gazebo, loungers, and table with chairs, in the shade of trees, parking very close, well-equipped and practically new kitchen, clean and recent bathroom, very characteristic with a splendid panorama, very friendly concierge, near an equestrian center, ideal for those who love animals and the countryside, Todi is a few kilometers away, a small village with a supermarket and other services 5 minutes by car.
