Momo Holiday Home is located in the small village of Kakma in a peaceful country setting. It offers its guests a high level of privacy and a stress-free holiday. It is only 6 km away from Biograd na moru, a well-known nautical and tourist destination on the Adriatic coast.
The newly renovated stone house is furnished in a rustic style and offers an elegant living/dining room, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and two spacious ensuite bedrooms. Each room has a high quality double bed and a beautiful double sofa bed. From the living room there is direct access to the spacious 70m long covered terrace and to the infinity pool. You also have a beautiful, open fireplace at your disposal. The charming terrace is well furnished with a dining table and rattan furniture. It is the ideal place for relaxing moments with your friends and family.
Within a 10-minute drive you can reach the Adriatic Sea and choose between sandy, pebbly or stone beaches. There are boat trips to Kornati Islands National Park organized daily.
Only 8 km from your holiday home is the Vrana Lake Nature Park, which is attractive for recreational anglers and bird watchers.
In less than an hour's drive you can visit the national parks Paklenica and Krka Waterfalls, as well as the old town of Zadar.

Very friendly welcome, beautiful pool, plenty of nature, peace and privacy. All modern comfort and the hosters try to make you feel as much as possible without compromising. Good base for Zadar and Sibenik. Biograd at the seafront as the closest big city center can be reached by car in ten minutes. In Kakma itself, the shopping facility is limited to the basic nodes.

We were very well received by the owner. He made us go around the rental quickly without imposing.The plantations are beautifully maintained and nothing is lacking.We also benefited from the vegetable garden of the owner who was very generous.La house is spacious and pleasant Too bad there is no air conditioning in all rooms. As a whole I highly recommend this house for rent.

We have been very impressed with this super nice accommodation. You were awakened by the birds. Privacy was top. What we really noticed was the hospitality of the managers. Very warm-hearted family who do everything they can to make sure their guests do not lack anything. But we lacked nothing. Because everything was there. Nice, clean and well maintained. We had a very nice holiday. Besides, the people we met in Croatia were also more than friendly. Really recommended! the location as the country.

The area was very quiet. You are completely private. Everything was immediately available when we arrived. The catch was very warm. You could contact the owners at any time if you had questions about something. They live at 200m from the house. They really take time for you. The house and garden with swimming pool were new and very beautiful, hygienic, practical and tastefully decorated. The garden is maintained daily. The sheets are refreshed weekly. Recommend an ecu.

The owners of the home gave us a very nice and warm welcome. The house, pool and garden are very nice and very good state. Det er akkurat som de billeder viser på internettet. Under oppholdet får vi grønnsaker fra ejerne. Vi kan alltid ringe dem hvis vi hadde noen spørsmål og de er veldig villige til å hjelpe. The house gives you a lot of privacy, the only traffic you hear is 1 tracktor that is sometimes driving by. Kakma, som er 10 minutters kjøretur fra større byer, hvor du kan gå til middag på boulevard, gjøre dine matvarer og gå til strendene.

A nice house with a great pool and a lovely spacious garden. Very quiet and with a lot of privacy. In the immediate vicinity is nothing to do, the house is in a very quiet village, with one small shop. At less than 10 minutes drive is a beautiful coastal town where three large supermarkets and many restaurants and shops. Those looking for (very) quiet place, with the possibility to be in the busy atmosphere quickly, a perfect choice. The house is fully equipped and has a good air conditioning. Particularly friendly and welcoming owner who brings vegetables and fruit along and gives opportunity to also get vegetables in the adjacent vegetable garden. In the garden an authentic wood grill where you can barbecue yourself.

Due to crowds on the way late arrival, was no problem. Were nicely taken care of. Home and garden are even more beautiful in real life than in the photos (usually that is the other way around). Pool is really great! Very nice first acquaintance with Croatia. Sasja is very hospitable and helpful! Thank you for that!

Kakma is a small village without street names, so we only had GPS coordinates, so we had trouble finding the house. So I called the owner and he came directly to us on the scooter to show us the way. Subsequently warmly received and introduced to the house that is super neat, clean and well equipped and maintained, as well as the swimming pool and garden. The village is unfortunately not that charming: there are many abandoned and derelict houses as a result of the war. There is no catering and only a small shop and some food stalls on the road for bread, vegetables and fruit.

We were met, the house garden and pool super! Figs and vegetables are ready for you. Nice garden with swallows nest great. Host and wife very modest in the background. Good place to explore Dalmatia. . Very private, tranquility, BBQ, we enjoyed!
