We spent wonderful 7 days there. The place is very quiet and you can experience true privacy there. No one can see you the whole area can be used only by you (garden, pool, grill house etc.). Very clean, light big house, fully equipped. Hosts are amazing people, very nice, open thoughtful. They are bringing fresh vegetables fruits from their garden and also they gave us delicious wine (home made)plus of course Rakija, not to mention cookies for our kids. We had amazing time - full relax. In addition house is situated 5 km from Biograd and supermarkets as well. We were planning to go to a beach but with such place rented we decided we want to be there almost all the time ) Definitely worth recommendation, especially for families with kids!

The arrival was fine! Jelena was waiting for us. The house is not easy to find, in the dark you are definitely over. What a beautiful house with very spacious swimming pool, really nice luxury and lots of space. Lovely sunbeds, good BBQ, big garden, spacious rooms .. Have a really nice stay. Especially friendly people, have had delicious tomatoes / peppers, picking the figs and almonds in their own garden. Perfect house for couples and families not Immediately walking distance from the hustle and bustle of the beach. Supermarket / fresh bread at about 400 meters. In the immediate vicinity many houses are still empty due to the war that took place between 1991 and 1995. In the immediate vicinity there is nothing to do, a car is really needed! To Biograd about 10 minutes, cities such as Zadar, Split, Sibenik and Trogir are all well accessible. The coastal road is busy in high season , The highways are beautiful and drive well, pay a toll! The beaches are very busy in July and August, difficult to get a seat, let alone in the shade, we were delighted with our lovely house with a great pool.Parking in the Cities are oo I'm not easy. Krka National Park is easy to drive, again very busy. Do the buggytour, beautiful surroundings and something else!

Very nice spacious house with very friendly owner. Very welcoming. Everything looks really nice. The pool was really the highlight. The kids could not get enough of it. This house is highly recommended. Lots of privacy and is very quiet (we liked it). Within 10 minutes you are in Biograd. Large supermarket is also 10 minutes away. Nearby (5 min walk) is a small shop where you can get bread. National Park Krka is also easily accessible (45 minutes). Very busy. We had a super holiday. Plum for the owner.

A very nice, comfortable house with all the trimmings. Pleasant, large garden and a large, clean pool. Lots of privacy. Owners are very nice people who made us regularly of fresh fruit and vegetables provided from the garden. Biograd na More is the nearest coastal town in 6km away. Good base to visit Zadar, Split, Plitvice, ... Sibenik. Do!

Supervising people living at 200m and accessible by day and night. We could have their vegetables (tomato courgettes and paprika's) in a garden next to the house. Beautiful location as a base to Zadar (30km) Biograd (15km) Split (140km). Swimming pool is very well maintained.

As stated by others, the owners are super friendly. During our ride to the cottage by SMS communicated about our arrival time. Upon arrival they were waiting for us. During the stay a basket had vegetables from the garden.

Holiday home very quiet. Complete privacy with the neighbors, also in terms of noise. The home owner is a very amiable person who does everything to give you a perfect holiday. The house is very well maintained, the garden is perfectly maintained.
