Located in the Trilj area in Dalmatia, this is a 3-bedroom villa with a private garden with olive trees and a private swimming pool. Perfect for families, the home comes with a terrace with furniture and a large dining table and barbecue for family dinners.
The city of Split is only 26 km away, with many archaeological and cultural attractions. For those who want to get shopping done, Split has many bustling markets, charming shops, and lively outdoor cafes. If you want to head to a beach, Bacvice is Split is one of the most popular. You can also take a ferry from Split's harbour to the islands of Brac and Hvar. Head to the coastal resort in Makarska 40km away or Omis 29km away, where the countryside is truly wonderful and also has opportunities for activities like climbing, abseiling, and rafting. For general supplies, go to the town centre 1 km away, where you will find lots of bars and restaurants.
The nearest airport is Split Airport which is 45 km away and there is a bus service 5 km away.

Arrival fine. quick transfer of the keys, everything carefully taken care of. A lot of privacy. Lovely pool and the spacious garden, amazing.

Stated well how we could find the villa and where we could get the keys. Owner spoke bad English which caused clarity during the tour.

Unfortunately, the house does not correspond to the description in essential parts. There is only 1 main house with 2 bedrooms, 1 larger bathroom and 1 eat-in kitchen. This is air-conditioned. The second building has 2 small stuffed bedrooms and 1 mini bath. WITHOUT air conditioning. A fan was delivered after 8 days and had to be assembled by yourself. Dishes and furniture are designed for a maximum of 6 people. The property is "discreetly" maintained, unfortunately there is rubbish and especially broken glass near the wall. The landlady does not speak English and tried her daughter on the phone. The pool was nice. It is also worth mentioning that you are in no man's land.
The defects were all displayed - so far unfortunately without success. After more than a year, the supposedly wrong description still exists. Belvilla or Casamundo show no real interest in changing this. A pity.

There is a very nice outdoor area and a nice swimming pool. The only thing that was a pity were the many wasps that came to drink in the pool. On request we received a few tips for eating. There is also a possibility to barbeque at the cottage. Peace everywhere!

They are really nice houses! With a beautiful view, delicious food. Fantastic landlords, you only had to ask a question and they are immediately ready to help you. It is definitely worth spending your holiday here!

It is a nice place to explore Croatia. The owner is very nice and hospitable. When we called, they were immediately ready for us. The garden is lovely, the pool big and deep. Recommended!
