This lovely holiday home is in the Materada region of Istria, which is near Porec. It has 2 spacious bedrooms and can accommodate 8 guests at a time. The holiday home is ideal for someone looking to spend time with their family or friends.
Sitting on the western coast of the Istrian peninsula, the house is only 10 M from the beach. Being the most visited region in Istria, it has many beaches, sports, entertainment, food and culture.
The house has a covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen, barbecue, garden furniture and meditereannean herbs. The garden and courtyard are private areas, both the bedrooms are on the second floor.
