This well-maintained property offers a very large garden (some palm trees, etc.) with table tennis and bowling green and some equipment for smaller Kinder.Der large swimming pool is a lot to swim and water fun. We were 2 adults, 2 children (14/11) and 2 dogs there - it was perfect. The house clean and tidy and the location perfect place to relax / rest and as a base for exploring suitable (Frejus / beach 1/2 hour - 1 hour Nice.) Highly recommended.!.

My husband and I rented this beautiful house with our daughter of 21 years, along with our friendly couple and their daughter of 14 years.We have enjoyed the large outdoor garden with ping pong table, nice bowling alley lot where we played at kubb . Too bad the job's "evening unlit was.Lekker swimming and splashing in the main pool kept at" making the evening use the barbecue in the pool house. After dinner relaxing in the sitting area on the terrace.All utensils is plentiful, 3 refrigerators with freezer. Bedrooms had good mattresses and pillows. AC worked at "night not so hot was the kamers.2 hiccups extra room if there are, we had to getting through the bedroom of our friends to shower. A zeteltje or two extra in the lounge area so with 6 people in zeteltje can reminisce the dag.Mooie surroundings, not so far away from other towns, beautiful nature and bezienswaardigheden.Ondanks these hiccups this house property is highly recommended! Stayed at this location for 2 weeks at the beginning of September. A lovely late summer in southern France, with pleasant temperatures. The reception was fine, the landlords is an older couple who is used to explain everything in a quiet way. After an extensive tour of the house, there appeared to be a small kindness in the fridge (nice to be able to consume the first snack). The villa is a typical French villa with enough space to accommodate a family with several children. The rooms are fine and equipped with air conditioning (not used by themselves, because of the cooler nights in September). There are several sanitary facilities and several bathrooms. In the living room there is a large dining table where you can eat with a large group of people. Outside there are several occasions where you can eat. There is a place with a built-in BBQ next to the kitchen. Next to the living room an outdoor table, next to the lounge area. Depending on it can then be seated. At the pool is also a place with a small kitchen with facilities for eating (fridge, BBQ, magentron). The pool itself is large and therefore there is room for several in the water. After the stairs it runs quickly to deep (which means you have to pay attention with small children, who can not swim well yet). In the pool house were many toys where the children could play with, very attentive. The garden is spacious and big enough to play hide and seek. My children also called the garden a playground, because of the presence of different play equipment. This was especially a plus for our small children. In the vicinity (500 meters) is a small supermarket that is easily accessible by car (on foot it is difficult along the N-road). Given our experience with the other house of the owner we were comfortable in our choice. The house is very child friendly (preschool, kindergarten). The additional fence around the pool ensures that the children can walk around without problems. Garden In this same garden is then also a seesaw, swing, playhouse with schuifaf and table tennis. Happy The owners are very helpful and friendly, well your stay is important to them, this brand you by how clean the house and that the refrigerator a bottle of local wine, water and milk stands. We (4 adults, 1 child of 3 years, a baby and a dog) have a super holiday in this beautiful house with a large garden and a beautiful swimming pool with pool house. The large pool was lovely in the warm period (+ 30 g) that we were there, but less suitable for children who can not swim , runs very quickly into deep, without markering.De terraces front / back of the house and by the pool (2 barbecues), perfect! We find the three star rating from Euro Relais very minimaal.Toch definitely 4 stars! If there is an air capability had been (if only in the bedrooms) than did the house even 5 stars from us may krijgen.De last kilometers to the house were very heavy (12 km. Climb, after a long journey !) and from the village of Bagnols en Foret no more clues on the Tom-Tom. A beautiful house with 3 full bedrooms and a "mezzanine" above the living room. The latter was not necessary, because we only have z "n were celebrating (2 young kids). Great holiday with little children. Garden and swimming pool were experienced by both us and the children as a paradise. Homeowners are very friendly and helpful. The house has everything you need and more. You certainly will not be here too short. Only negative for us was the less proper functioning of the air conditioning in the bedrooms, making it really hot on rooms. Bagnol is a small village but has a larger supermarket, a bakery and a few cozy restaurants. However, walking to the village is not recommended for children because of the lack of walking path, which sometimes makes it dangerous. This disregarded us for a week when God felt in France.

Not to be missed! Villa is furnished with care, everything is spacious. Big beautiful enclosed garden with bowling alley, and various toys. Wonderful week at the pool. Fun to the village to walk through the forest, takes about 0.5 hours. Two single mattresses and duvets in both parent-bedroom, children's bedroom in all a single.

Nicou is a beautiful house with beautiful gardens. We were with our daughter four years old and she was not to get away from the garden. The garden is completely enclosed by a fence and ideal for a family with children. The pool has its own fence and locked gate. The manager was very friendly couple and were flexible with the return of the key on the last day. In the future we will certainly go again!

We (4 adults, 1 child of 3 years, a baby and a dog) have a super holiday in this beautiful house with a large garden and a beautiful swimming pool with pool house. Has of course also had a nice effect. Lovely weather The house: fully equipped (including 2 refrigerators 1 large) and with all the trimmings. If you wish, you can easily continue for several days without having to use the dishwasher so many dishes, glasses and cutlery is provided. Nice bathroom, one bedroom with shower and two separate toilets. Outside a very nice terrace with a lovely cozy seating area and a large table where you can be with 8 "and even curtains provided in the seating area for added shade garden:.. Large and with many different and beautiful plants / shrubs / trees Swings. and rocker available for the little ones and also a jeu de boules and table tennis. Through the many shrubs and plants does not really suited for guys who like to obtain some voetballen.Wel very suitable for the dog that we, as the garden completely fenced was able to run nice and loose Pool:.. lovely, large and plenty of space for sunbathing loungers (and ordinary chairs) available for everyone and also two large umbrellas so in the shade are also no prob

My husband and I rented this beautiful house with our daughter of 21 years, along with our friendly couple and their daughter of 14 years.We have enjoyed the large outdoor garden with ping pong table, nice bowling alley lot where we played at kubb . Too bad the job's "evening unlit was.Lekker swimming and splashing in the main pool kept at" making the evening use the barbecue in the pool house. After dinner relaxing in the sitting area on the terrace.All utensils is plentiful, 3 refrigerators with freezer. Bedrooms had good mattresses and pillows. AC worked at "night not so hot was the kamers.2 hiccups extra room if there are, we had to getting through the bedroom of our friends to shower. A zeteltje or two extra in the lounge area so with 6 people in zeteltje can reminisce the dag.Mooie surroundings, not so far away from other towns, beautiful nature and bezienswaardigheden.Ondanks these hiccups this house property is highly recommended! We are on top and enjoyed it and felt like god in France -) July 16, 2016
