The luxurious 4 bedrooms villa is built on 2 levels with private pool of landscape-terrain, situated in the center of Bagnols-en-Forêt. The perfect stay for families and large groups of friends, can accommodate 8 persons. There are sun lounger for your privacy, while a barbecue to enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal with families and friends together.

Relaxing holiday - the sound of silence, a rarity in these hectic times - beautiful villa in a quiet neighborhood. A small village is reachable within 5 minutes by car (2 bakeries, convenience store, newsagent with Flemish newspapers, bank contact, pharmacy, café, several restaurants ... should not that be!) Larger shops at 10 km. It is a good base from which to explore. Villages and towns in the area The coast is only 20 km. Negatives The beds are rather small (rather short). Pool is not heated and is in the early season (May) rather cold.

We were very well received by the conscientious owners who explained to us the specifics of this very beautiful holiday home. It is tastefully decorated and is equipped with all the necessary equipment and comfort. It nestles in a beautiful garden and offers a pretty swimming pool as well as covered or uncovered terraces. Everything was perfectly fine! House was on top and top. Great sympathetic homeowner. Carrefour is 400 meters, by car but that is normal in southern France. Large wardrobe with plenty of hanging and play possibilities. There are no less than 3 bathrooms. Upstairs there is 1 bathroom for two bedrooms with a separate toilet. Downstairs there is a bedroom with ensuite, a bedroom along a large bathroom with two doors. One from the room and one from the hallway. Also here is a separate toilet. A great deal for anyone who wants to discover the south of France. Several small and beautiful villages in the area as well as the port city with Fréjus beach. Top vacation in a great house!

It is a home that is fully equipped. It was perfectly clean. We were warmly received by the owner. It's so 'n 20-minute drive to the coast. The house offers lots of privacy. This property is suitable for controlling a large family or two small gezinnen.Er has floor heating throughout and underfloor heating is an additional per room. Also there was a guide present in the area and the necessary leaflets and maps. area is much to do and see. we have in the spring can not use the pool, so we have no opinion. the view from the house is beautiful.

Beautiful villa - very secluded and quiet. You do need to drive everywhere though as it is too far to walk into Bagnols. Excellent brand new, well stocked supermarket just down the road was very useful. Plenty of extras left in the villa such as games, inflatables etc. Spotlessly clean. (Could have done with some plug in fans for the bedrooms though as it got very hot at night). Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We are the second time among the guests here. It pleased us again super. The pool area was renovated elaborately and purchased new patio furniture. The garden is a feast for the eyes. Also one of the bedrooms has been given a new bed. The owners put a lot of love in the care and appreciation of her house. This can be seen everywhere. We are excited about the amenities, size, cleanliness and tranquility. By car you are fast on the coast. The area offers many great places to explore. We have again felt at home immediately. We spent two very relaxing weeks in this wonderful home and a great relaxing stay. Our expectations of the house from the description and the pictures on the website have been exceeded. The layout is ideal for two families, the two sleeping areas are completely separate from each other. All rooms are sized more than adequate. The bedrooms on the first floor have been newly renovated. The cabinet faces of the bedrooms on the lower floor are not unevenly distributed, so may a distribution to the two rooms is necessary. For us as a family presented no problem dar.Leider we do not walk to the nearest village (Bagnols en Forêt) found that very narrow country road for a walk not geeignet.Auch our dog is very comfortable and we had no problems. Must make sure that the property is not fenced on two sides. Small children or dogs could easily plot the verlassen.Die all the formalities had no problems whatsoever, the contact with the landlady very nice and zuvorkommend.Wir would choose the house for a future vacation.

Upon arrival we were very kindly received by the owner. We have a full tour of the house with the necessary explanation there everything looked at first sight neat and clean. Everything you need is available in the house. In this warm weather air conditioning was not an unnecessary luxury it was really hot in the rooms to sleep certainly on the top floor! Insectspray should certainly not be forgotten !!! The deck chairs are not really pleasant for a longer period. Because of the height intervals on the terrace (also towards the pool) is a fence advisable especially with toddlers who are still exploring. From the terrace you can go to the swimming pool via 4 steps, so that small children can quickly go to the pool there is an alarm on the pool. A fence from the terrace (and certainly to the pool) would give an extra safe feeling. The pool was wonderfully relaxing. The water had a pleasant temperature of 28 ° C. By 4.30 pm, however, there was no sun left by the trees, so it felt fresher, especially when there was some wind. The pool is not heated so that an evening dive is a bit less. We did not find the light switch for the swimming pool which could provide extra atmosphere. In order to do small shopping, there is a Carrefour close by. For large purchases you had to drive a 10km. Bakker (only baguette and bread do not know exactly), pharmacy, cafes, ... are in the small cozy village a few minutes drive. If you want to go somewhere, the car is essential! With 2 families we had a wonderful and relaxing holiday week in this house! Highly recommended!

Bad chairs came loose and were outdated then received an email that they were broken by us, the sheets of the beds were also not okay, did not know what the mattress protector was and received an email that this was not okay! But 1 parasol that was also not stable, dangerous if the wind was in it! Kitchen was fine but very hot without air conditioning.

Beautiful villa which can be found when you have a beautiful driveway within rijdt.Met 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms and spacious living even with pool table. The pool makes it all completely natural thing to always come to relax. Center is located about 2 km from the villa but is best with the car at 5 min drive. A trip to the coast is nearby, a 40-minute drive through the mountains and you're already in the beautiful Frejus. The house, the sun and the company made this holiday memorable.

The villa is beautifully situated in the woods, so "n 20 miles outside Frejus. Villa is perfect for families with children (swimming pool in the garden) and a pool table inside. The house is situated in a very quiet residential area next to the resort. It's very extensive and personally. We would take this home immediately and can only recommend it. Of particular note is the division that is well suited for two families. Great house!

Our expectations were far exceeded. The house is modern, clean and nicely equipped. We felt immediately at home. The owners have taken very friendly and helpful in reception. The garden and pool are fantastic. Quiet location. A car is essential. An ideal starting point for beautiful excursions. Good shopping in Fayence (by car). We did not miss anything and spent a great relaxing holiday. Especially we have enjoyed the tranquility. If we wanted to hustle, we have taken a trip. We'll be back for sure!

The accommodation was very loving. The original house was as described. The beds are a little small, and there were only pillows on the spot, otherwise ceilings that are too big but for normal groE (135 * 200). Better bring. Car is a must! We liked it very well. In case of rain, hundreds of millipedes from the forest, then the pool is no longer usable. But it was a very nice holiday.

Beautiful villa which can be found when you have a beautiful driveway within rijdt.Met 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms and spacious living even with pool table. The pool makes it all completely natural thing to always come to relax. Center is located about 2 km from the villa but is best with the car at 5 min drive. A trip to the coast is nearby, a 40-minute drive through the mountains and you're already in the beautiful Frejus. The house, the sun and the company made this holiday memorable.

We are the second time among the guests here. It pleased us again super. The pool area was renovated elaborately and purchased new patio furniture. The garden is a feast for the eyes. Also one of the bedrooms has been given a new bed. The owners put a lot of love in the care and appreciation of her house. This can be seen everywhere. We have a wonderful holiday week spent in Lou Escuma. Not only extremely enjoyed the villa itself, the pool and the rest, but also of the environment, the coast (Frejus at 20 min., Monaco \/ Nice 1 hour) and nature (Gorges du Verdon). Highly recommended for exploring the south coast of Provence or just curl up in the sun by the pool.

Beautiful villa - very secluded and quiet. You do need to drive everywhere though as it is too far to walk into Bagnols. Excellent brand new, well stocked supermarket just down the road was very useful. Plenty of extras left in the villa such as games, inflatables etc. Spotlessly clean. (Could have done with some plug in fans for the bedrooms though as it got very hot at night). Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Everything was perfectly fine! House was on top and top. Great sympathetic homeowner. Carrefour is 400 meters, by car but that is normal in southern France. There are several companions games and the pool table is a nice addition. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Windows and shutters are easy to use. Large wardrobe with plenty of hanging and play possibilities. There are no less than 3 bathrooms. Upstairs there is 1 bathroom for two bedrooms with a separate toilet. Downstairs there is a bedroom with ensuite, a bedroom along a large bathroom with two doors. One from the room and one from the hallway. Also here is a separate toilet. A great deal for anyone who wants to discover the south of France. Several small and beautiful villages in the area as well as the port city with Fréjus beach. Top vacation in a great house!

Upon arrival we were very kindly received by the owner. We have a full tour of the house with the necessary explanation there everything looked at first sight neat and clean. Everything you need is available in the house. In this warm weather air conditioning was not an unnecessary luxury it was really hot in the rooms to sleep certainly on the top floor! Insectspray should certainly not be forgotten !!! The deck chairs are not really pleasant for a longer period. Because of the height intervals on the terrace (also towards the pool) is a fence advisable especially with toddlers who are still exploring. From the terrace you can go to the swimming pool via 4 steps, so that small children can quickly go to the pool there is an alarm on the pool. A fence from the terrace (and certainly to the pool) would give an extra safe feeling. The pool was wonderfully relaxing. The water had a pleasant temperature of 28 ° C. By 4.30 pm, however, there was no sun left by the trees, so it felt fresher, especially when there was some wind. The pool is not heated so that an evening dive is a bit less. We did not find the light switch for the swimming pool which could provide extra atmosphere. In order to do small shopping, there is a Carrefour close by. For large purchases you had to drive a 10km. Bakker (only baguette and bread do not know exactly), pharmacy, cafes, ... are in the small cozy village a few minutes drive. If you want to go somewhere, the car is essential! With 2 families we had a wonderful and relaxing holiday week in this house! Highly recommended!

The other reviews are accurate on this site as a coach house is very clean, the kitchen well equipped, the sun loungers by the pool delightful and the owner very friendly and correct. We have spent a very nice week here. An absolute must in both cities (Nice, Cannes, Frejus) as picturesque spots (Fayence, Lac de Saint-Cassien) near!

On arrival the owner was there and showed the house. Everything was clean and everything on the parasol worked, there was a rod at a hinge broke down. Madam was also surprised to see that that piece was. We have not missed it We were two persons and the dog and only used the ground floor. It is an easy house and can walk into the garden. For the dog a nice piece of grass and not too far walk a forest to let the dog out. A half hour drive and you sit on the Mediterranean with all famous places such as Frejus, Cannes, Nice etc. We have again (15-09 / 29-09) had two wonderful weeks with sometimes over thirty degrees so our vacation could not be broken.
