A typical french house, cluttered but cozy. Nice week in an exciting environment.

Very warm and friendly welcome. Plenty of things to do within reasonable reach, and shops within 3km. Spacious house in lovely location.

The stay is our birth right. Quiet and special location. Cute chickens, rooster, peacock. Good base for day trips. Do not miss the gardens Valloires and sea.

Fantastic time here. Second time at the Abbaye St Andre. Perfect 'recharge your batteries' place free from any stress. Will be coming back sometime soon and cannot recommend highly enough. The weather was a bit wet but still managed to get in a few braiis(barbies).

We lived there a warm and unforgettable holiday.

Nice house, with friendly eigenaren.Het was nice to s "evening stroll around the grounds to make the chickens and peacocks in the trees can be seen sitting, ready for the night. The only downside is that we had expected the abbey was still there, but that is no longer there, only the outbuildings where now the farm is in operation.

The arrival was bad to find the holiday ....... Too many routes came together, so we finally have time verloren.De accommodation was perfect! A very quiet and nice comfortable woning.Er would be slightly more kitchen utensils zijn.En the dishwasher did not work, there were therefore no dishwasher aanwwezig.Doordat we arrived late, including through the morning at home to have bad luck, we have none of the landlords gezien.Wel had telephone contact and informed of activities and traffic jams onderweg.Daardoor we have no deposit and cleaning fee we have paid the advance yet betaald.Wel departure day !! Since it was not entirely clear, I finally too much betaald.Waarschijnlijk he indicated the deposit which I did not have to pay, have done so ......... when we came back to this, he stated that he had received just cleaning mine with him! that was netjes.Graag not that I would return to receive it as soon, however, I now no proof of payment ......... What next ??

Courteous. Despite the cool weather in early March and closed numerous activities in the region this season we enjoyed the fireplace and lot of dry wood, bowling Berck and walks on the beach, "hot water central Nautical Touquet, small museums "Agincourt and Crecy, cited the medieval and the fresh air of the countryside.

Our holiday in the old abbey buildings was neat, cool and situated on a truly beautiful old courtyard. The photo 's the beautiful pond do not lie. What a disappointment when we wanted to explore the area the first night and we were blown abused, in French and English. Literally around the pond by a lady (the owner?) "Go to your own place "if we were illegal asylum seekers. This has ensured that our stay here was once never again! A bizarre experience.

Our holiday at Gite 5 we liked only hulking. While kitchen is very well equipped (some like-new appliances, even their own washing machine). Beautiful overgrown garden to the apartment associated with good Grill.Dringend sarnierungsbedürftige toilet without hand basin (Bader room on the first floor). Bathrooms also sarnierungsbedürftig.Es may not all parts of the system are entered in itself beautiful.

For us it was a revelation to be able to stay on a farm. The quiet location and absolute silence night made this holiday very relaxing. Recommendations in the area: hiking in Torcy, the beaches of Berck and Dannes ....

This ancient abbey is truly a special location with atmosphere. The abbey covers a large area of u200bu200bland and built a large horseshoe. The abbey and gites is run by a nice family and is basically a farm that is working hard (not annoying way). The cottage is charmingly cluttered. Thick 18th century walls make it a bit dark, but the large fireplace in the living room makes it naturally sociable. Logs we could extract the barn itself. Kitchen was basic but equipped with dishwasher, fridge, oven and washing machine. Fine to cook. A spacious garden behind the house. We have had a great week, because it was very quiet and relaxed, yet is easy compared to other larger towns such as Arras, Mont exchange, Hesdin and resorts on the coast. Regarding our repeating.

Enjoyed a very nice holiday with all children, sons and kleinkinderen.Vriendelijke receipt by the gastheer.Fijne evenings at the fireplace (given the cool evenings in April was still necessary to keep the temperature up to standard, and also very nice). The kitchen was there to provide for the large group to cook and store food. Glad there was a dishwasher :-)! We will be back! Gerda, Every, Gerart, Loeke, Xander & Olivier, Katleen and Bart

Lovely house in a beautiful place. The farm was in operation, great for kids. The fireplace was nice, especially the search for wood to make was experienced as fun. Beautiful in proximity to forest and beach. Plenty to do in the omgeving.Behalve the weather was cold and wet, it was a lovely plek.Ook walking and cycling in the area was heerlijk.Groet Connie Fox

Address was a little hard to find but eventually it did. The cottage certainly has charm, with a spacious kitchen, large garden and good sized living space. The cottage was tidy but not entirely clean. The fireplace was not cleaned, so the cottage smelled sooty. The beds were not nice. Slatted floors were broken or missing slats. Mattresses old and with a pit in the middle. Beds are also pretty short (190cm) but that was also neatly listed on Belvila's website, but by the upside down at the foot, I had to lay in bed to lie down (1.80m). On request there were highchairs and a baby room installed, this was neatly arranged. The bathroom was neat in itself, but the shower could not be hung, and so you had to hold your hand by hand while you shower! This was really poor and not what you expected from a holiday home. There was no vacuum cleaner in the house so we could not clean well during the stay. With small children this is a must.

Nice house in the garden a few games for the kids. Our daily visit to the chickens and ducks in the area were very nice, the kids took us quickly bread too dry and too tough for them to eat :-)

We have stayed a week in Abbay-st-andre 5. very spacious house with kitchen really is fully equipped. Beautiful fireplace (we do need this summer) and off all geese and chickens in the yard. Supermarket and bakery less than 10 minutes by car. Near plenty of excursions. There is access to a highchair and cot but there are no stair gates and in the yard, children should not play unattended. (Due around tractors). Even so, we and our son (20 months) enjoyed it very to us.

The house is beautiful, old outbuildings of the abbey, which, incidentally, is no longer to be found on the estate itself. For families with young children, it is a pleasant, but a week is long enough. In the vicinity is not very much to do. This must be driven long. Berck Beach is a reasonable driving distance. The huge piece of land in the state house is fantastic, playground for children, volleyball, soccer. The chickens run as inside. Around through your kitchen The owners are not very friendly and above all, in privacy. That is an obvious flaw. Although we had a wonderful stay in a fantastisce environment.

It was the first time in this region and it was a pleasant surprise. Especially with this cottage is the stay comfortable. The cottage is quite new and fully equipped, beautiful kitchen with large dining table. Large bedrooms upstairs with a fairly large bathroom, unfortunately with a shower head that you have to hold yourself. The garden (south) is large and simple but delicious breakfast in the morning and bbq (stones) rays in the last night. in the immediate neighborhood is not very much to do but in a radius of half an hour a forty five minutes drive are plenty of opportunities. This is highly recommended for those who love peace and do not mind to be used by the various roosters and peacocks who roam freely around the grounds. Aroused

Superb scenery spot, beautiful "cottages" with all the comforts inside, even for older children / young people are equipped with sporting activities (volleyball, badminton, table tennis, football), very quiet spot, not far from town or coast.
