We had a fantastic family vacation in this spacious holiday home! The children loved the swimming pool and the playground in the garden. It was so nice to have a place where we could all relax together, and the open kitchen made cooking meals a breeze. Highly recommended for families!

Spacious and clean, the barbecue setup is great, and the garden is perfect for relaxing moments. The WiFi was solid for posting photos. Close to nice spots, like the underground caves in Belvès. I really recommend it for a fun getaway!

The holiday home is very quiet and secluded at the end of a dead end road. You have a beautiful view from the house and the swimming pool to the surroundings. On arrival a bottle of rose wine was provided. The owner was friendly but did not respond to telephone questions. It is advisable not to burn light after sunset in order to keep the insects out, even with closed windows. The pool is clean but needs some renovation regarding the tiles.

The house is subject to deferred maintenance. I would advise Belvilla to visit again after 5 years. The number 9 that was handed out in 2018 (sticker hangs at the entrance) no longer applies. Owner is super nice. Environment is great, swimming pool is nice. We, 2 adults and 1 dog, enjoyed the stay. Peace, space and nature. The so-called 3 km walk from home is not recommended. It's completely overgrown.

Difficult to rate. House found clean but could use an update. Literally found a temporary logging in front of the door, which caused incessant noise. After consultation with the owner, we were allowed to choose one of his other holiday homes, perfect solution!

We had a wonderful week in the villa. The son of the house owner knows English which was very pleasant for us. We were a bit too early, but this was not a problem. During our stay the owner came to check the swimming pool. We received delicious tomatoes. We stayed with two families in the villa. Nice sleeping loft for the children. On the warm days it was very warm on the sleeping loft. There is little to do in the vicinity. For us this was no problem for this one week. Nobody in the area that could disturb the peace. Because the path to the villa was very steep, we have not been able to cycle or walk from the house which in itself is a shame. Just in the morning to the bakery "around the corner" is not here. We had a great week in this lovely home. The house is absolutely quiet area and you have complete privacy. The children have a lot of use and the pool, table tennis and bowling alley. We have made trips to Agen Ville-du-Lot. Fumel you can canoe 's rent for a trip on the Lot. The owner is extremely helpful.

I have to say I was reasonably disappointed after the positive comments I had read from previous visitors. The location is fantastic but the house left seriously to be desired. There was no cooking pot in the cabinets. Around the pool, the tiles begin to sag and this is life-threatening. There was no parasol foot that could still be used because they were all broken. Because of the fact that you were sitting in a fairly open plain, you could not create a shadow. There were no fly frames and it was more than 30 degrees during the day but at night you could not open windows for cooling or animals entered. There were also 2 chickens and a rooster of other residents on the property. Our children slept on The attic but the last days you could not sleep with the warmth anymore. This cottage needs a refreshment urgently.

The coordinates are almost spot on. The owner was already waiting for us to drive to the house together. There was a bottle of wine ready and the owner indicated that everything was disinfected (this is in the Corona time) so he did not go in but we could already inspect everything. Everything was good! We had agreed that the owner would return the deposit in cash the night before departure, but he was not there at the agreed time.
