This holiday home is beautifully located in the woods and has wide views over the green hills and the village of Courry. A somewhat steep driveway leads to the large private grounds. Ideal for holidays with family or friends.
The residence is 1.5 km from Courry, which is located between larger towns such as Alès and Aubenas and 7 km from medieval St Ambroix. In the south-west of Cévennes, you can make beautiful trips along the Corniche des Cévennes. To the northeast, you will find the Ardèche with its famous Gorges-de-l'Ardèche (35 km), where you can swim, canoe, hike and ride horses. A visit to the cave 'La Cocalière' is also worthwhile. Together with a guide, you take an underground walk past crystal reefs, pearls and through a prehistoric corridor before returning by train.
You have a spacious, sloping garden with lots of greenery at your disposal. From the large balcony you have a beautiful view and you even have a swimming pool at your disposal (heated on request, 30 euros per week). Relax in the sun on the terrace and light the barbecue for a cosy summer evening.
The first 150 kWh per week is included in the price. Other electricity consumption is subject to a surcharge of 0.25 euro cents per kWh.

Great house, very complete and nicely furnished. Swimming pool was great too. Beautiful view over the valley and this from a great balcony. Service was also fine.

The property is top notch and the location is prachtig.Wel earns the way up some attention (steep slope) pool, kitchen, bedroom - everything was in order, the environment, the Ardèche - the pool, perfect for relaxing and vacation to genieten.Een recommended!

beautiful house with magnificent panoramic view! very neat and clean. Friendly welcome by the landlady who gives much information, even a candy for the children was done! Great value. Only the steep driveway was a little difficult with our volume car, but we took it like to .. a must!

All the necessary amenities for a good stay. Small flat, there is not enough plug, remember to take extension and multi plug.
Owner super friendly and responsive to requests.

What a nice villa with a fantastic view! The welcome by Amandine was very pleasant with a nice explanation about the sights and possible activities in the area. The house was very clean and well equipped. Only downside for us is that there was no air conditioning. The pool was fantastic! Again very clean, nice tiles, very well maintained! The road to the house is indeed a challenge with larger cars but certainly doable with some practice ;). The region itself is beautiful. We will definitely come back here!

We (4volwassenen) have had a wonderful holiday. Great house with a pool ditto !! Beautiful views from the terrace and pool .. What a beautiful place ... Indeed, the road leading to steep, especially the last part. But you get used to it !!! Fun environment. The owners are friendly open people. We've had a lot of tips from them for trips in the area. Definitely worth going back again. We give it a thick nine !!!!

Beautiful house, superbly located with a view that is amazing. We have a very nice, relaxing vacation polite, despite the disappointing weather ... The region is ideal for both the Ardeche as to explore the Gard, a visit to Uzes is well worth it! Very friendly homeowners, helpful and correct. Pool very nice and big and well beveiligd.Inderdaad difficult to reach with the minivan, but it does not outweigh the benefits of the home.

Friendly welcome, it was unclear how long we would stay. Beautiful house and nice swimming pool. Location not suitable for people with poor Gerben skills, very steep entrance. Poor telephone reception.

Fantastic house with a spectacular view of the surroundings. Well equipped with a great terrace and ditto pool and complete privacy. This is truly one of the highlights that we already hired Topic Travel !!. House is also located in a beautiful setting in a peaceful village. Access to the property is steep but is more than worth it. Highly recommended !!!!

Had a super nice holiday here, had a very pleasant reception and tour of the owner, who also spoke English, The house was pico bello in order. And the driveway to the villa is a pleasant surprise!
