We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort and space at La Fermette, perfect for our two families, and the separate guest house was a bonus! The large kitchen was well-equipped for cooking together, a lovely getaway from the city.

We had a pleasant time at La Fermette. The house was clean and well-equipped, with plenty of space for our group of eight. The barbecue in the garden was a nice touch for our evening meals. I would recommend it without hesitation for family gatherings!

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Dordogne. We spent our days exploring the nearby caves and hiking in the area. The house was spacious and had all the comforts we needed. Just a bit noisy on weekends due to hunting, but overall a great stay.

This place has it all! Clean, cozy, and has all the necessities. The kitchen is a dream for group meals. And the pool? Total summer vibes. Perfect for IG photos too. Just a little piece of heaven.

The outer space was incredible, perfect for our dog to run, The house itself was charming, but we found the beds a little too soft for our taste, Still, we enjoyed our stay and the proximity to nature was unbeatable.

La Fermette is a hidden gem! We loved the large kitchen and the dining area was perfect for our big family dinners. The location made it easy to visit local attractions, but we also enjoyed just relaxing in the garden. Highly recommended!

La Fermette was a dream come true for our family weekend! The spacious living room with its large piano was a hit, and we loved the cozy fireplace. The location is perfect for exploring the prehistoric sites nearby, and the children had a lot of fun in the private garden.

What a great experience! The cozy decor made us feel at home right away. The kids loved the ping pong table, and the pool was a great way to cool off after a day of exploring. Definitely a place we would come back to!

From the main road there is a long beautiful forest road to the huis.We were received with coffee by the zwembad.Het house is great and the view overwhelming. The peace falls like a warm blanket over you.

We enjoyed our stay at la Borderie with a big G. The reception of managers Tom and Imke was warm. Peace reigned on the domain, the lavender garden with pond (and frogs) was romantic, the view over the valley phenomenal, the house and outbuildings fairytale-like with the necessary comfort, ... We will certainly return to further discover the Dordogne region .

We had two wonderful weeks at La Borderie in the house le Fermette. We are very kindly received by the administrators who speak Dutch. You can always contact them with questions and they will let you enjoy your privacy. The house radiated a nice atmosphere. We have gratefully used the nice pool where chairs, sunbeds and pillows are present. We were there with the two of us and our dog, but because of the many cozy corners the size of the house was very bad. The house was very complete, we did not miss anything. It was really enjoying outside. Such a wonderful rest! You hear no traffic and the view is beautiful ... the garden was full of flowers and pots of geraniums everywhere.You walk from La Borderie into the forest where we spotted deer and wild boar spotted one night. Within half an hour drive there are many attractions such as castles, gardens, caves and nice pictures where every week is markt.De dog has two weeks can walk loose and just like us enjoyed the freedom and nature. experience can actually be summarized in one sentence ... where you can still hear the sound of silence

The decor is lovely and rustic, it's all on the spot, what you need, the kitchen is very well equipped. For all the problems the very discrete and very friendly Vwerwalterehepaar any time is at hand. We would highly recommend the house and come back very happy. Then there is the huge (fenced) swimming pool, admire the views from the terrace. Also for children perfectly equipped with a play area.
