Very nice, secluded country house with lots of character. No neighbors far and wide, peace, nature all around. If you want to find in the area many recreational activities, but we have hardly gone away and have lazy in the house and garden. All in all, the house is well equipped, but also a bit tired and a bit over-decorated for our taste - but the surroundings and the overall impression make up for it. Well equipped kitchen due to the 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms and the overall airy dimensions also suitable for larger groups or families with children. Dog friendly. Uncomplicated handling of arrival and departure. No Wi-Fi and no TV - but we did not miss it. This underlines rather the impression of remoteness and peace. When the evening on the terrace the sun on a plate of homemade ratatouille, fresh baguette from the nearby village and a glass of wine seems the feeling of savoir-vivre is perfect. We would come again!

If you want to spend a quiet holiday, this beautiful old house offers a heavenly peace in a beautiful location with views over hills and forests. Here you can hum the bees and hear the cuckoo call. However, this large private property is centrally located to quickly reach beautiful towns and places. The wonderful historic town of Sarlat is only 22 km away and other historical, fascinating places are just as easy to reach by car or by bike. The beautiful old stone house, reminds one of bygone times and gives one the feeling to be part of it. It is authentic, but equipped with all modern comforts (see list in the house offer). Whether in the house, on the terrace or in the beautiful green area, you feel completely comfortable and a wonderful holiday is guaranteed. We can only recommend this house.

+ Nice location, well equipped, dreamlike view- damp-clammy bedroomPositive was the beautiful place. For vacation with dog simply great, because it can run freely there without problems. The house was very well equipped, we liked to cook, and of the usual kitchen utensils everything was rich, also such things as oil, salt, pepper ... - great praise! Sun loungers and cushions for the terrace, everything you could wish for. From the description was initially not quite clear to us, where the house actually stands. It is about 500 m distance outside Bouzic center to the north and in a beautiful solitary position. If you enter the coordinates 44.733059, 1.222564 at google.com/maps, you can understand it well. The humidity in the bedroom was not so pleasant. That was just stupid, just the bedding. We think it is due to the beautiful natural stone walls, maybe there can be improved with a rum air dehumidifier. We were very satisfied and had a nice stay. Thanks to the landlord.

Ideal house if you are looking for peace and quiet. It is so quiet in the garden that you can hear yourself breathing, a truly ideal location and beautiful view. The garden is not fenced but is surrounded by forest, nice for the dogs. From mid-September you may be surprised by hunters and their dogs, as they pass by near the garden.



The house itself is basic and the hygiene in particular left much to be desired. It was anything but well cleaned and had clearly been cleaned several years ago. There can always be a dust nest left behind, especially in older houses with high ceilings, but here there were even dust nests hanging under the (really) frequently used furniture such as the dining room chairs. Bathroom and kitchen are okay but again very basic: rickety shower door, no microwave or extractor hood, house has no TV or WiFi, ... If you add everything up, we think it is quite a strong price tag if you look at what is in return.

Lovely location if you like peace and quiet, shops are also a bit drive.Huisje is charming, but was not clean and somewhat outdated. The cupboards also smelled musty. Kitchen is well equipped in terms of pots, herbs, .... Not very child friendly because of old electricity and many old Kattekoppen.

The 1st time was shocked I did the job which the driveway is steep, and you're really completely alone on your mountain, but once you're used to, supppper home !!! many also present, dishwasher, washing machine, landline telephone ... beautiful view and absolute tranquility on the terrace! less suitable for people who like

This authentic house is located in a wonderfully secluded spot on top of a local mountain in the middle of nature with beautiful views to simply enjoy the peace, nature and the environment, especially after a busy day out. Good base for day trips. Beautiful walks made from the front door, both via the driveway and the GR path that runs behind. House is very complete and attractively furnished, with an excellent bathroom and wonderfully refreshing shower. Good contact with friendly hostess.

We booked a holiday home through Belvilla for the first time and were very satisfied overall. The descriptions of our property were true; the entire process of reservation, deposit, final payment was well organized and easy. Even when there was a mistake in the reservation at the beginning of the planning, I was helped quickly: I suddenly had a reservation with cancellation costs, where I had only registered "interest"; After an email from me, it was immediately taken back free of charge.
