Our 100 m², single-story villa has been furnished with great love and taste. Bright, natural colors and a contemporary design ensure absolute comfort. It features a large, light-flooded living area, a fully equipped modern open kitchen, as well as 3 comfortable bedrooms and a stylish bathroom with an Italian shower.
The outdoor area & heated pool:
The highlight is the 8x4 m heated private pool (open from May to September). It is filled with skin-friendly saltwater and is absolutely safe thanks to an electric cover. Enjoy the sun on the large panoramic terrace or in the lounge area! Dogs are warmly welcome:
The 1,200 m² property is completely fenced in! Your four-legged friend can play here safely and freely while you relax.
