lovely place, nature and tranquility. Environment (coastal Brittany) impressive, beautiful. NB: if you can't stand a rushing brook, don't do it, we found it relaxing and fine. Positive about the house: spacious and plenty of everything. friendly owner, good reception. Negative: sanitary facilities (shower, bath) below average. Very low water pressure (jumping under the shower), no toilet roll holders, showering above must be in the bath, but shower hose is loose, a hanging hook would make it easier. No drain for the dryer so everything gets soaked in the shower / toilet room. That can also be seen on the walls there: peeling etc. Too bad, otherwise our stay would have been perfect.

A wonderfully large and complete house for at least 6-8 people! Quietly located, in the middle of nature, near the murmur of a waterfall. Price/quality is excellent! Nice, friendly and helpful host.

The accommodation is very private. The landlord speaks good English and helped us very well when our car was broken and we had to arrange all kinds of things for it. Everything went very smoothly with his help! Many beautiful places to visit in the area.

Beautiful house at the end of a dead end, large garden with a river at the foot of the house. Small downside the interior of the house is not sufficiently maintained (toilets not made and the linen does not breathe freshness, the dishes was not well cleaned.) Nice visits around: paimpol, perros guirec, ploumanach, plougrescant ...

For those who really love peace, this house is incredibly located. Is also very central to explore the coast. We have certainly enjoyed the peace and quiet. Simply bliss.

Friendly welcome by owner, neat accommodation, nice and quiet environment. Enormous terrain, great privacy, three bridges over the Leff in its own garden. Beautiful sandy beach at Bréhec at 15 minutes drive, good bakery and butcher / supermarket in Pléhébel at 5 minutes drive. Many hiking options, also from the house. Nice long canoe trip possible from Pontrieux.

The house is in an oasis of tranquility, at the end of a dead end road. The river le leff flows at the front. You are surrounded by forests and water. On a busy day a couple of walkers and a rider pass by, that's it. A wonderful place to relax and to become "zen" with nature. When you wake up in the morning you only hear; water, birds and some wind .... nothing more, no cars, mopeds or other city sounds; what a rest. The house is spacious, but we were two, so then everything is quickly spacious of course. You are remote, so TV reception (which we never actually turned on) is limited. Wifi reception is minimal , but enough for "sober" internet on the iPad. Everything in the house is a bit "with the French battle." But you know that when you go to France, you shouldn't be too difficult about that, it's what it is. Everything was functional, so ..... a la the "French battle" If you want everything in order and luxurious, you have to go to the Hilton in an Expensive French resort. by residual light, you can see there, jet-black nights and a beautiful starry sky. The area offers a lot to see, beautiful walking routes, history, culture, nature and beaches.

I would not book this property for more than six people. In principle, all facilities are available but with a very "French hit". The washing machine is present but was broken, a tea hob is present but supplies half a liter of hot water, seats are sufficient but there were only two chairs comfortable. The same applies to the sanitary facilities on paper fine (2 bathrooms, 2 toilets) but the water pressure is limited and the shower is very small. In addition, the house is very moist. The wifi is bad. There is little reach at the house, so transfer to 4G is not an option. The location, the garden and the size of the house were nice. The house is next to a sewage treatment plant. The surroundings are beautiful. The house is in neat condition and well spacious for 8 people. Personally, I find the house more beautiful than shown on the photos. There is an island attached to the house, where you can play football and the surrounding area lends itself well for a walk. The wifi does not work much at all, but spotify on some phones goes fine.

The house is very quiet on a sandy road. This road is public but runs on a hiking trail. So you want to walk hikers, riders and fishermen alike. Upstairs from the first floor there is a very nice garden to sit down and it is also very suitable for small children. The house is a great starting point for trips to the nice coastal areas and beautiful views of the beautiful coast.

Moulin Bescond is beautiful. It is an old house with a simple dated decor and a lovely fireplace. Literally in front of the door is one of the many beautiful walking, cycling and horseback riding routes in the area, which we enjoyed when we drank our coffee or wine outside the door. The furniture is also dated and it would be nice if there were more than two nice chairs to relax in if you are there for more than 2 days and come back from a long walk or one of the many nice trips in the area. This also applies to the garden furniture. As described, the WiFi is doing poorly, keep in mind that you don't have 3 or 4 G coverage at that location. No problem for us in the end, but just switch gears and Ellen collects data morning and evening at an old temple 800 meters up the hill. A tip is to replace the shower curtain downstairs for a door because the shower is small and the curtain keeps embracing you. We therefore showered upstairs in the bath. We spent 2 weeks there and didn't want to go home. In the end, we found a bit of a balance between price and quality.
