This modern villa is located in Brives-sur-Charente, in France. There are 4 bedrooms that can accommodate a total of 8 people, perfect for a holiday with friends or family. You can also bring 2 pets. In the garden is a beautiful private swimming pool. Note that the pool is not fenced. The holiday home is beautifully situated and everything you need is available. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and there are 3 bathrooms. The garden is completely enclosed.
The home is the perfect base to discover the area. You can go to Château des Énigmes in Usson (17 km), but Château Royal de Cognac (12 km) is also definitely worth seeing. Do not forget to visit Saintes (18 km) and its Roman ruins. You are only 500 m from the river Charente. If you don't feel like cooking, you can go to the restaurants in Cognac or Saintes (13 km). The holiday home is beautifully situated and everything you need is available.
A private terrace and furnished garden are accessible for you to enjoy a delicious platter of barbecue with your dear ones. A cot and high chair are available in the villa on request. A fireplace and heating are available in the premises for a comfortable stay. Bicycles are available for you to take a ride on the villa. Parking is also provided in the property. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed to stay for an extra cost of 25/pet/stay.
The guests can check-in from 4-6 PM and check-out can be done from 8-10 AM.

The heated pool, the fenced and well maintained garden, the terrace, the lounge, the rooms, the living room, the city of Saintes, Pons ... and most important of all .... the silence of nature. We were happy to spend a week at Villa Petite Champagne near the town of Brives-sur-Charente. The house is very spacious and on one level with a beautiful large garden around it. The pool is well maintained and there are 5 sunbeds available. Parasol is small and may be replaced because of a larger model. Fortunately, the pool has a canopy with a sitting area. The bedrooms are spacious with good beds. Bathrooms and toilets are tidy. The kitchen has all the utensils necessary for cooking. Living room is very spacious and TV plus internet is available. This house is definitely recommended!

Het huisje maar ook de tuin en het zwembad zijn dringend aan opfrissing toe. Bij aankomst was het niet echt proper. Twee van de vijf ligbedden zijn stuk, ook de ventilator was stuk. Er was geen buiten BBQ aanwezig. De omheining rond het zwembad stond ook er niet meer. Het had beter gekund!

Het huisje maar ook de tuin en het zwembad zijn dringend aan opfrissing toe. Bij aankomst was het niet echt proper. Twee van de vijf ligbedden zijn stuk, ook de ventilator was stuk. Er was geen buiten BBQ aanwezig. De omheining rond het zwembad stond ook er niet meer. Het had beter gekund!

Quiet area, heated swimming pool, fenced and spacious garden. All fine and what we went for. Hygiene, on the other hand, was a lot less, especially in the bathroom and in the kitchen. The toilets were not all clean. There were still food scraps on the plates, the floor was moderately clean. We let our hands flutter for a few hours and then had a more than excellent time.

This holiday home is outstanding. The outdoor space is large and the swimming pool is a good size and kept very clean. The gardens are totally secluded by the hedging/fencing around the property which makes it a safe place to be. The bedrooms are comfortable and the bathrooms were good too. Everything you needed was in the property so we wanted for nothing and would highly recommend this property to anyone.

A super nice, quiet house, with lots of facilities in terms of swimming pool and space, beautiful surroundings for walking and cycling! Everything was available in the kitchen, bed, bath and kitchen linen, even the towels for the pool, pool was maintained weekly, also a nice welcome gift, we really felt at home here and will definitely be back!

The arrival was smoothly arranged with codes for access from the gate and property. No personal reception required. The accommodation was very spacious and cozy with sufficient lighting to be able to read. Spacious kitchen with everything, great beds, perfect pool and good working wifi. It was a shame that one of the shutters had not yet been repaired and the range of channels on the TV was not what it should have been according to the information on the website even after a technician intervened.
