This charming villa is located less than 10 km from Aix-en-Provence, one of the most beautiful cities in France. The medieval core with the variety of streets, shops, cafes and restaurants: a visit is a party! It lives over 30,000 students from all over the world which adds something more to the atmosphere. Culturally, you can enjoy the heritage of infinite richness. Aix is also famous for its fountains, each with its own story. Discover this city, it's a gift. Around Aix there is also much to discover, alongside monuments, castles, chapels and other buildings, there are also regional specialties to discover, local markets in many of the villages you will come across while driving in the region. A day at the beach is well doable too; the beaches are 30km away.
Immerse yourself in this luxurious house with summer kitchen and beautiful jacuzzi/pool combination. The location is just outside of Aix. This house guarantees a comfortable stay. On the ground floor of this villa you will find a neat living room with French doors to the garden and a beautiful open kitchen with Nespresso coffee maker. Upstairs you will find a bedroom for 2 people (190x140cm) and another bedroom for 2 people (200x160cm). These two bedrooms share a bathroom.
In the garden there is the swimming pool/jacuzzi (4x2.20cm) with, on the sunny terrace, deckchairs (4). In the summer kitchen you can take your meals (a worktop with sink, griddle in raw cast iron gas, fridge, crockery for 4 people and household linen). It is equipped with lighting for the evening.

Description consistent with reality, very friendly welcome, free bottle of wine as well as coffee capsules. The patio is magnificent.Well located to shine in the region.A file with useful telephone numbers is available as well as good addresses, walks and photo report of the renovation of the house.The owners take great care to ensure that the stay is the most pleasant. Communications by email, SMS and in case of any concerns, they live on the street next door.

Beautiful cottage, super cozy terrace with outdoor kitchen and pool quite proper.Ligt somewhat remote so it still need a car to go shopping or get doen.Ideaal for our family with 2 children.

It's a very nice house with all comfort. One drawback is that the house has no air conditioning and that it is thus sometimes very hot. The cottage is very remote. In the near vicinity there is nothing (no bakery, no butcher ... just a cafe / restaurant). A supermarket is not far away (about 10 min. Drive). The house was very neat. There were plenty of towels (there is also a washing machine). The swimming pool with Jacuzzi is not large but very pleasant. Our children (6 and 9 years) can indulge in full. The owners are very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. It is a modern, comfortable home with plenty of privacy (because it is completely fenced).

Nicely maintained villa. Location is perfect for beautiful uitstappen.Dicht in Marseille and some other beautiful dorpen.De owners are very helpful. We were unlucky with the car, but he gave us the addresses of some garages to repair the defect.

Delightful house with excellent finish, bathroom is sublime, kitchen and outdoor kitchen practical. Owners are very friendly and helpful, the surroundings are quiet in a small village. All shops are located in a neighboring village in 5 min drive. At 10 min drive you are in the town of Aix-en-Provence.

Villa Aix is u200bu200blocated in a village a few kilometers from Aix en Provence. The nearby resident owners couple is helpful but respects the privacy of tenants and yet discreet immediate standby if desired. The interior of the house is complete and good and suitable for occupancy by 4 people. The walled garden has plenty of privacy and a small swimming pool, outdoor kitchen with refrigerator and BBQ and seating and a sun terrace. A must for those who like peace and quiet in and around the holiday but also suitable as a base for day trips.

Nice house, ideal for a quiet vacation. Respect the owners privacy. Perhaps less suitable with small children, 4 adults what tight. Household was in order, all amenities. What cookware would have been more useful. Everything was immaculate.

A beautiful area with all the nice places and beaches in half an hour. Villa Aix is \u200b\u200bbeautifully renovated with beautiful materials. We were really at home and enjoyed a few household shortcomings after.
