Located in Les Assions, this peaceful 2-bedroom holiday home is ideal for a small group or a family travelling with children. Situated in the countryside, this home also has a shared swimming pool (located 5 km away). The scenic and peaceful Bois de Païolive (8 km) is home to a beautiful canyon and forest, perfect to enjoy camping in the neighbourhood. An excursion can also be planned to the caves of Fontaine du Vedel (10.5 km). There are also several restaurants (2.5 km) and supermarkets (1 km) near the holiday home. This tastefully decorated holiday home, nestled amid nature, is well-furnished with modern amenities to make your stay comfortable. There is a modular kitchen, radio and TV to watch. You can also lounge in the well-manicured garden, overlooking scenic views. The nearest airport is Aérodrome Aubenas Ardèche Méridionale, which is 24 km away from the holiday home.

Beautiful, large house, great for 4 people, well equipped. Nicely located. Main road at 200 meters, you can hear it if the wind is wrong. Furthermore, quiet location. Swimming pool is on site, 10 minutes drive. Nice owner, campsite is small-scale with friendly, mainly French guests. Please note: house has no wifi! My advice is to put this clearly(er) on the site; also that the house does not have its own pool. If you are not aware of this beforehand, this is a setback and you will have bumblebees in the tent. Wifi is a primary necessity of life for adolescents. Speedo swimming trunks by the way, because shorts are prohibited. You can rent a canoe at 300 m, opposite the house, where the river is. Very professional and friendly organization. Highly recommended to make a trip from there (eg 10 km). River is fine to splash around in that place, but there are nicer places in the Ardèche.

This house is in a beautiful place. Accessible via a hidden country road. Completely secluded and therefore plenty of privacy. Key location was somewhere else near the village on a campsite. Very friendly camping owners have lived in this house themselves, but the family became too big. The house is near the village, near the large supermarket and near the river where the canoes are also rented. There is also a nice "beach" restaurant. By the way I mean by nearby, by car, except the river, you can walk in. The house has been completely renovated and has modern furnishings, good things all, kitchen, bathroom and furniture.The house itself is very old, it looks a bit like a tower. garden where in the past grapes etc. were probably cultivated.From the large shaded terrace you have a beautiful view over the valley and the vineyards.The only downside is the absence of wifi. keep it closed during the day, otherwise the bedrooms will be very warm and furthermore top location.

Very friendly owner, super location for the dog. Only the numerous mosquitoes were a bit less. September is very calm there but that makes the grapes and other goodies on the walks more than good.

Really a beautiful nature-rich environment. A wonderfully practical detached house with incredible views of the vineyards. We will definitely come back! I found the lack of wifi not a problem at all.

If you're looking for a quiet escape, this is it! The area is stunning, and we made great memories exploring the nearby canyon and caves, The holiday home offered enough space for everyone, and the hosts made us feel very welcome, A wonderful experience overall!
