We had an amazing time at the villa! It was perfect for our group of friends, The private pool was awesome for relaxing after a day out, The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, and the place was just so cozy, Only downside was the distance to the beach, but we made it work, Would totally recommend!

We had an amazing stay at the villa in Cabris! The layout was perfect for our group of eight, with enough space for everyone to relax. The private pool was definitely the biggest highlight.

The modern design of the villa was impressive! We loved the open kitchen and dining area, which was great for entertaining. The boules court was a fun addition for our group. Overall, a wonderful experience!

What a fantastic retreat! The villa was spacious and beautifully decorated. The private pool was the highlight for our family. We spent hours enjoying the sun and playing in the garden. I highly recommend it!

I loved this villa! So much space and really stylish. The fireplace was perfect for the evenings, and we enjoyed playing pétanque in the garden. It was a bit of a trek to the nearest restaurants, but it felt nice and secluded. Overall, a great value for money. Would definitely come back!

Our second time here with grown up children and grandchildren in August 2022. Very nice villa in pleasant surroundings. Building work on the adjacent site is now largely complete so less noise than two years ago but the entrance driveway is still unmade. There is a new dishwasher and American fridge-freezer which is good. However, unlike last time, we were only provided with one set of remote control keys for the two sets of access gates which made life difficult as we are two families with three cars all wishing to go out in different directions. This meant that someone had to be in the house at all times to provide access which was not very convenient. We asked for more remote controls but we're told none were available. The mixer tap in the kitchen is still loose and requires someone with a spanner to tighten it up and the pool has not been comprehensively cleaned during our stay (last time someone cleaned it halfway through the holiday). The house is very well equipped and reasonably well maintained for a rental but sun beds and umbrellas are all in need of upgrading (all umbrellas were partially broken). Wonderful views down the rolling mountains to the bay of Cannes and a very nice terrace with barbecue for warm evenings. Overall we had another enjoyable stay and these comments are not complaints, just constructive observations.

First class villa in a prime location with wonderful views and easy access to shops and local attractions. We loved the large size of the property which both inside and outside was first class in terms of its quality, amenities, fixtures and fittings, cleanliness and helpfulness of the owner's representatives.

Environment and accommodation certainly in order. It is a pity that a construction project was started next to the house with a lot of noise. Every morning before 08:00 bulldozers were already busy and the entrance was regularly blocked by sand or trucks, which forced us to leave our car on the street.

Beautiful house with spectacular views, especially in the evenings. Very nice and large swimming pool. Spacious rooms, nice bathrooms and modern interior. Kindly received, but with some communication disruption when you leave. Cabris is a nice mountain village with enough restaurants, in short, a wonderful holiday!

Super nice views! The road to the house was super style but that gave something extra.Wel sorry that the pool still had to be cleaned when we arrived - chlorine and cleaning up. So we could not enjoy it right away.We were sorry for us we did not have such a good weather (3rd week in May) but the owners had provided wood for the fireplace which was very romantic

Accommodation very nice and tidy. view to the coast and lower town was sublime.Room bedrooms, well looked after and complete. Garage use for car was also nice. Disadvantage we found you had to do everything by car, house was on a very steep road where barely walked, village was too far to walk, house is quite remote. In the evening it was very dark on the outside grounds , only on the side of the pool was permanently light, at the front of the house there was no permanent outdoor light.
