In a quiet residential area in a sunny panoramic location awaits you a tastefully furnished vacation home with all amenities.
Around the 4x8m pool are grouped three bedrooms with AC, a large kitchen, a dining room and a salon. Another large bedroom with exit to the forecourt is located in the basement
A private driveway leads from the neighborhood road through the 2700 square meter plot with Mediterranean planting to the villa. Around the pool you enjoy absolute privacy. Behind the house there is a shaded barbecue area with charcoal and gas grills. A ping pong table is also available.

Destinations that can be reached by car in a maximum of one and a half hours include the cities of Grasse, Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Menton, the caves in the village of Saint-Cézaire, the mountains of the Préalpes de Grasse, the red coastal mountains Massif de l'Estérel or the gorges of Verdon.

Beautiful villa in a mountain village overlooking Cannes
The accommodation was very pleasing to us. The villa is well-equipped and allowed us to have a relaxing vacation. The pool was very refreshing in the hot weather. Especially the communication with the landlord and the helpers on site worked well. As the only suggestion for improvement, we would recommend fly screens for the exterior doors to the dining room, living room, and kitchen.

Overwhelming
Stunning. Excellent accommodation for families or larger groups. Quiet stylishly furnished house with sea view near Nice. In the house, we were surprised not only by the cleanliness, but also by the large number of comfortable seating and sunbathing areas in the garden. This invites you to linger, play games or cool off in the pool. In the cellar there are also bicycles with which you can explore the beautiful surroundings. If you have any questions, you can always contact the landlord without any problems
I would recommend this holiday home to everyone!

Allerdings möchte ich dazu anfügen, dass Haustiere in der Villa nicht erlaubt sind und ich bei grösseren Gruppen eher zurückhaltend bin. Für Familienurlaub ist die Villa jedoch ideal!
Almost two years ago I was able to acquire this little jewel in the hinterland of the Côte d'Azur. Despite the Corona-related restrictions, I was able to completely refurnish the vacant villa within a useful period of time and I look forward to you spending as relaxing times in the Villa de Rêve as I do.
