Stay in this spacious, characteristic holiday home with private pool. It has a fine location, near Pézenas and 30 minutes from the sea, in the Hérault. After a beautiful renovation, it serves today as a holiday home.
The residence is located in the heart of a small village in the Hérault, 13 km from the historic village of Pézenas. It is surrounded by vineyards, garrigue (characteristic of the area) and pine trees. The property is just 27 km from the beautiful village of St Guilhem le Désert, and also very close to the Gorges du Gardon. Mediterranean beaches are just 30 km away, at Cap d'Agde and Marseillan.
The owner of this family house, which was once part of a wine estate, has lovingly renovated the building and transformed it into a bright, spacious and luxurious holiday home. It is tastefully and traditionally decorated with lots of stone and wood. Moreover, it offers breathtaking views of nature, especially from the large roof terrace. During the warmer months, you can enjoy the lovely swimming pool, or a good book in the shade of the large covered terrace.

We have really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful spacious villa for the whole family (12 people) for two weeks! Our high expectations based on the pictures on the site were still surpassed. We were welcomed by the attentive owner who provided the necessary information about the area. The beautifully decorated house is located in a small village surrounded by Through vineyards.The Marseillan-Plage and Cap dAgde beaches are 40 minutes drive away, which was not a problem for us. There are nice excursions nearby, but the lovely pool and on the large terrace are also great. Comfortable house is tasteful and decorated with attention to detail and the kitchen inventory was very complete. The only thing we can comment on is that during the warm period of the night it was very hot at home. It is therefore important to follow the instructions on closing the shutters and windows as the sun is on the house. Apart from that, a fantastic stay! Really recommended, we would love to return again!
