Modern spacious villa with 1 double bedroom with queen size bed & a wet room, hairdryers supplied, 2 single bedded bedrooms & a sofa bed in the lounge, the villa sleeps 6 comfortably, with the sofa bed making it possible to sleep 8. All bed linen is supplied. The main bedroom is situated away from the other 2 bedrooms giving privacy if needed. High chair and cot supplied. There is a table in the modern kitchen for inside dining, with oven, microwave, hob, washing machine and dishwasher, fridge freezer and wine cooler. The villa has ceiling fans and stand alone fans for when the weather is hot. There is a dining table outside on the terrace, which is shaded by a permanent gazebo with blinds which can be lowered or raised if shade is required. There is a BBQ & off street parking for 2 or 3 cars, the garden is private & very peaceful with amazing views. sun beds are supplied. The 10x5 metre pool is all one depth one and half metres. The villa is all on one level which makes it ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Toys, games, cd's supplied with CD player and radio and tv, including wifi.

Location and surroundings of object
The Languedoc is such a lovely area in France, plenty to see and do. The villa is set in a position above the village, which is only a 5 minute walk away, the village shop sells freshly baked croissants, baguettes, meat, fresh fruit and vegetables. There is a post office, hair dresser, Thai takeaway, Pizza takeaway and a lovely restaurant for tapas at lunch or 3 course evening meal, very good.
The village is quiet, off road parking for 3 cars, stunning views towards the Mediterranean, ideal for couples who appreciate peaceful surroundings and families who want active holidays with the nearest sandy beach 20 minute drive away. Site seeing or visiting play parks. Bouzigues is famous for its fish restaurants, being visited by famous chefs, including Keith Floyd, James Martin and Rick Stein who sailed in on a barge down the Canal du Midi. Places to visit include; Cirque de Navacelles, Cirque de Moureze which is a petrified forest with interesting rock formations, Clermont l'Herault or Pezenas the nearest towns for supermarkets, markets, good selection of shops, banks and restaurants. Wine tours available or individual vineyards can be visited for wine tastings. The Languedoc is the largest wine producing region in the world, very good wine at very good prices, as little as £5 a bottle.
Lac du Salagou for all water sports is 25 minute drive away, while you are there don't miss the partially sunken village at Octon.
Low cost airlines fly into Montpellier, Bezier and Nimes.
