This 3-bedroom villa for 7 people in Narbonne is perfect for families with children. It comes with a private garden and a fenced swimming pool that is heated from mid-May to the end of September for a refreshing swim.
The sea at 2 km and lake at 3 km are perfect to enjoy the waters. Tennis court and golf course at 8 km and water sports at 3 km gives lots of fun activities. Super market can be found in 3 km.
The terrace, sun loungers, and barbecue are perfect for relaxing outdoors. There is a flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo unit to spend time indoors. Cot and high chair are provided for a small fee and parking is also available.
The airport lies 5.2 km away.

The location of this house is in a neighborhood with other similar houses. Super big neat house. The pool is now 22 degrees not heated but still doable. Private garden and Private driveway closed by a gate. Very quiet and beautiful environment. Nice hiking trail just behind the house. The sea is a little further than described 20 km., Aldi Lidl action at 2-5 km. For the smokers it says that smoking is not allowed anywhere, not even outside. For the bedrooms you go a little lower with a not steep staircase. 2 showers, 1 in the garage? Where no car can enter. Perhaps a pity that there is only 1 toilet, but we were only 3 people. Very nice and restful all here we would have booked this again in a heartbeat! Kitchen is everything you can think of even salt herbs baking paper cleaning products. We had forgotten the pump for the boat that was in the garage. There is even a surfboard in the garage although I think it is private property ?? Narbonne beautiful old town with many old buildings.

Villa Les Etangs fully met our expectations.
Unfortunately, there was a sewer problem during our stay (which Karin van Belvilla) immediately addressed and
dissolved. The villa was clean, tidy and comfortably furnished on arrival.
The driving distance to Narbonne center is approx. 7 km.
Halfway there is a large Casino giga supermarket for all your groceries!
In our opinion, the villa is less suitable for visitors who have difficulty walking. Because of the height differences (steps and steps) in both the villa and the spacious enclosed garden.
There is also plenty to do in the vicinity (the Thursday market in the center, Narbonne beach and various abbeys). If not, it's also great to endure at the pool 😊.

We have stayed here for 14 days, and it was great. The house radiated a very authentic atmosphere. It is a very spacious house with all necessary amenities, and a fantastic swimming pool. If you like your privacy, then this is the ideal place to stay. If I may give one hint to the owners of this house, it might be to provide some fans, which gives cooling at night and works well against mosquitoes.

Beautiful, complete house. In a very quiet residential area and beautiful views of the Etang de Bages. Everything well arranged. Safe area. Located near Narbonne, so you do hear traffic from the A9 occasionally. Not really disturbing we found. House on the inside a bit dated, but everything is neat and clean and comfortable. House looked better in real life than in the pictures "

Good base for walks, peaceful and quiet area. Nice view. Lots of privacy. House is very clean and has everything you need, including parking for (one or more) cars.
